✨ 1) 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫

What You’ll Do:
🎨 Create high-quality motion graphics and explainer videos
🗺️ Design animations involving maps and data visualization
✂️ Edit and enhance video content for campaigns and educational projects
📝 Work closely with scripts and storyboards to simplify complex ideas

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in creating explainer and motion graphics videos
✔ Familiarity with map animation techniques
✔ Strong skills in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software (Premiere Pro or similar)
✔ Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
🎵 Basic understanding of sound design/audio syncing is a plus
