Anydesk ကတော့ တချို့သူတွေနဲ့ ရင်းနှီးပြီးသားဖြစ်မယ်လို့ထင်ပါတယ်။ အခုနောက်ပိုင်းမှာ "KPay" ဝန်ထမ်းဆိုပြီး ဆက်သွယ်လာတဲ့သူက Software တစ်ခု Download လုပ်ခိုင်းတယ်၊
သူတို့လုပ်ခိုင်းတဲ့အတိုင်း လုပ်လိုက်တာ ကိုယ့်ငွေတွေပါသွားတယ်ဆိုတာမျိုးကို Social Media မှာ တွေ့နေကြရပါတယ်။
ဒီလိုဖြစ်ရတာကတော့ AnyDesk နဲ့ တခြား Remote Control App တွေအကြောင်း သိပ်မနားလည်တဲ့လူတွေကို လိမ်လည်သူတွေက မလိုလားအပ်တဲ့ပုံစံနဲ့ သုံးစွဲလို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒါကြောင့် အဲ့ဒီအကြောင်းကို IT ပိုင်းနဲ့ စိတ်ဝင်စားသူတွေအတွက် ရေးသားပြီး မိတ်ဆက်ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။
အထူးသဖြင့် IT ပိုင်းနဲ့ support ပေးတဲ့သူတွေအတွက်တော့ ဒီ software က အရမ်းအသုံး၀င်ပါတယ်

AnyDesk ဆိုတာဘာလဲ?
AnyDesk ဆိုတာ တခြားကွန်ပျူတာတစ်လုံးကို အ‌ဝေးတနေရာကနေ Remote ဝင်ပြီး ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ အလွယ်ဆုံး App တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

AnyDesk နဲ့ ဘာတွေလုပ်လို့ရသလဲ?
✅ တခြားသူရဲ့ ကွန်ပျူတာကို ဝေးလံတဲ့နေရာကနေ ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်တယ်
✅ File တွေကို စက်တစ်ခုကနေတစ်ခုကို ပို့လို့ရတယ်
✅ Software ပြဿနာများကို အလွယ်တကူ ဖြေရှင်းပေးလို့ရတယ်
✅ တဖက်ကဖိုင်ကို ကိုယ့်စက်နဲ့ ပရင့်ထုတ်လို့ရတယ်
✅ Remote Session ကို Video အဖြစ် မှတ်တမ်းတင်လို့ရတယ်
✅ Permission များကို စိတ်ကြိုက် သတ်မှတ်လို့ရတယ်

ဥပမာ
ရုံးချုပ်က IT Support က နယ်ရုံးက စက်တစ်လုံးမှာ software error ပြင်ပေးဖို့လိုတဲ့အခါ၊ AnyDesk ကတဆင့် Remote ဝင်ပြီး ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
နယ်ရုံးကစက်ကနေ AnyDesk ဖွင့်ပြီး ပေါ်လာတဲ့ ID နံပါတ် ကို IT Support ဆီ ပေးတယ်
IT က သူ့စက်ထဲမှာ AnyDesk ဖွင့်ပြီး အဲ့ ID ထည့်တယ်
အဲ့ဒါဆို နယ်ရုံးကစက်မှာ Accept လုပ်မှာလား Reject လုပ်မှာလား မေးလိမ့်မယ်
Accept နှိပ်ပေးလိုက်တာနဲ့ နယ်ရုံးကစက်ကို ၀င်ပြီး ပြင်ပေးလို့ရသွားမယ် Anydesk သုံးဖို့အင်တာနက်တော့လိုတယ်နော်

Anydesk လို Remote software တွေနဲ့ အလိမ်ခံရတာက ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံက လူတွေပဲ အခုလိုမျိုး အလိမ်ခံရတာတော့ မဟုတ်ဘူး
တခြားနိုင်ငံတွေမှာလည်း အလားတူ mobile banking အတွက်လိမ်တာမျိုး အရေးကြီးတဲ့အချက်အလက်တွေ ခိုးယူဖို့ လုပ်တာမျိုးတွေလည်းရှိပါတယ်

သတိထားဖို့ အရေးကြီးတဲ့အချက်က
အကယ်၍ ကိုယ့်စက်မှာ မိမိမသိတဲ့ AnyDesk Request ပေါ်လာပြီး Accept လုပ်မှာလား Reject လုပ်မှာလားမေးရင် Reject ပဲနှိပ်ရမယ်။
လက်ခံလိုက်တာနဲ့ တဖက်ကကွန်ပျူတာထဲကို ဝင်နိုင်တော့မှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အဲ့ထက်ပိုပြီး လုံခြုံဖို့ဆိုရင် Password ထားထားလို့ရသေးတယ် ကိုယ့်စက်ကို ၀င်မဲ့သူဆီ password ပေးမှပဲ ၀င်လို့ရမယ် ဒါကြောင့် မိမိခွင့်ပြုတဲ့ မိမိက password ပေးလိုက်တဲ့သူမှသာဝင်နိုင်ပါတယ်

Permission Setting မှာလည်း Screen Sharing Only ဆိုရင်တော့ တဖက်က ကြည့်လို့ပဲရမယ်၊ စက်ထဲကို ထိန်းချုပ်လို့မရပါဘူး
Default / Full Access / Unattended Access တို့အတွက်ကတော့ စက်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်လို့ရနိုင်ပါတယ်။

ဒီ Software က Computer တွေမှာရော ဖုန်းတွေမှာရော သုံးလို့ရတာမို့ အရမ်းပဲ အဆင်ပြေပြီး အလွယ်တကူ အသုံးပြုလို့ရပါတယ်
နောက်ဆုံးအနေနဲ့ကတော့…
ကောင်းတဲ့နေရာမှာ အသုံးပြုမယ်ဆိုရင် တကယ်အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ App တစ်ခုပါ။
သုံးတဲ့အခါမှာ လုံခြုံရေးအတွက် သတိထားဖို့တော့ မမေ့နဲ့နော်။

Laravel မှာ Cache တွေကို Clear လုပ်ဖို့ အောက်ပါ commands တွေကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်

php artisan config:clearenv file နှင့် config files ထဲက Cached config တွေကို ရှင်းပေးတဲ့ command ဖြစ်ပါတယ်env file ထဲမှာ အပြောင်းအလဲလုပ်ပြီး ပြန် run ကြည့်တဲ့အခါ update မဖြစ်ရင် ဒီ command ကိုသုံးပါ။

php artisan cache:clear
Project တစ်ခုလုံးမှာ store လုပ်ထားတဲ့ cache data (database queries, models, etc.) တွေကို ရှင်းပေးပါတယ်။

php artisan config:cache
Config cache ကိုရှင်းပြီး အသစ်ပြန် generate လုပ်ပေးတဲ့ command ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Performance ပိုကောင်းစေရန် config:clear ပြီးတဲ့နောက် config:cache ကို ပြန် run ပေးသင့်ပါတယ်။

php artisan view:clear
resources/views/ ထဲမှာ Blade templates ပြင်ပြီး update မဖြစ်ရင် ဒီ command ကို သုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

php artisan route:clear
Routes တွေ ပြင်ပြီးသွားရင် route cache définitions တွေကို ရှင်းပေးတဲ့ command ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

php artisan event:clear
Event listeners တွေ update လုပ်တဲ့အခါ အသုံးပြုနိုင်တဲ့ command ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Event Service Provider တွေ update လုပ်ပြီးသွားတဲ့နောက် event cache ကို refresh လုပ်ရန် ဒီ command ကို သုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
