Coffee Menu ကြီးကြည့်ပြီး မရှုပ်အောင် သိထားသင့်တာလေးများ❗️🤗

ကော်ဖီဆိုတာ မနက်ခင်းမှာ wake up call တစ်ခွက်ပါပဲ🤗
ဒါပေမယ့် ဆိုင်ရောက်တိုင်း Menu မှာ Coffee အမျိုးအစားအများကြီးရှိနေတတ်ပါတယ်။
ဘာက ဘာလဲ? ခါးတာ သောက်ချင်လား၊ ချိုချင်လား… သေချာရွေးချယ်ဖို့ အဓိက ကျတာတွေကိုပြောပြမယ်နော်😍😍

1. Espresso
Espresso က ခါးသက်တဲ့ taste နဲ့ ပြင်းရှတဲ့ coffeeတစ်မျိုးပါ။ ခါးတာကြောက်လို့ မသောက်တတ်တဲ့သူမျိုးလည်းရှိသလို Espresso ရဲ့ အရသာကိုမှ စွဲလမ်းပြီး မသောက်ရမနေနိုင်တဲ့သူမျိုးတွေလည်းရှိပါတယ်🥰ပျင်းရိထိုင်းမှိုင်းပြီး အလုပ်မလုပ်ချင်တဲ့အချိန် သောက်တာအထူးသင့်တော်ပါတယ်☕️

2. Americano
Espresso ကို ရေနွေး add ပြီး ပြုလုပ်တာ Americano ပါ။ ကော်ဖီအနံ့ရှိပေမယ့် မပြင်းတော့ပဲ သောက်ရတာပေါ့ပေါ့ပါးပါး ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်☕️

3. Latte
Latte က Espresso ထဲကို နို့ထည့်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်🥛ကော်ဖီနဲ့နို့ ရောထားတာမလို့ သောက်ရတာပျော့ပျောင်းပြီး ပေါ့ပေါ့ပါးပါး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နံနက်ခင်းမှာ သောက်ဖို့အဆင်ပြေပါတယ်☕️

4. Cappuccino
Cappuccino ကလည်း ကော်ဖီနဲ့ နို့ပါပဲ၊ ဒါပေမယ့် အမြှုပ် (foam)အများကြီးပါလို့ပျော့ပျောင်းပြီး အပေါ်က Foam ကြောင့်သောက်ရတာ ပေါ့ပါးစေပါတယ်☕️

5. Mocha

Cocktail Shaker သုံးနည်းများ

Cocktail တစ်ခွက်ကို အရသာစပ်ပြီး အထူးတလည်ဖန်တီးဖို့ shaking technique မှန်ကန်စွာ အသုံးပြုရပါမယ်။ 💁🏼‍♀️Shake တဲ့ ပုံစံကcocktail ရဲ့ texture အပေါ်ကို သက်ရောက်နိုင်တဲ့အတွက် shaker ကို ဘယ်လိုမှန်ကန်စွာ သုံးမလဲ ဆိုတာ သိထားဖို့လဲ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။💡

1. Hard Shake
Cocktail ကိုအေးအောင်၊ အရသာစပ်မိအောင် ပြုလုပ်တဲ့အခါ အသုံးများပါတယ်။ Shaker ကို လက်နဲ့ကိုင်ပြီး 10 - 15 စက္ကန့် ခန့် ခပ်ပြင်းပြင်းလှုပ်ကာ အသုံးပြုဖို့ဆိုရင် Hard Shake ကိုအသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။

📌အသုံးပြုနည်းက
🍸Boston Shaker သို့မဟုတ် Cobbler Shaker ထဲမှာ ပစ္စည်းတွေထည့်ပါ။
🍸Shaker ကို လက်ဖြင့် တည်ငြိမ်စွာ ကိုင်ပါ။🍸၁၀ - ၁၅ စက္ကန့် ခန့် ပြင်းပြင်းလှုပ်ပါ။
🍸ရေခဲ တွေနဲ့ အပူချိန်ကို Control လုပ်နိုင်အောင် အမြဲ တည့်တည့် မဟုတ်ဘဲ အနည်းငယ် တစ်ဖက်စောင်းပြီး လှုပ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်✅

2. Dry Shake (Egg White ပါသော cocktail များအတွက်)

Egg White ပါဝင်တဲ့ cocktail တွေ (ဥပမာ - Whiskey Sour) ကို frothy texture ရဖို့ Dry Shake နည်းသုံးရပါတယ်။

📌အသုံးပြုနည်းက
🍸Egg White ပါတဲ့ cocktail တွေကို ရေမထည့်ဘဲ အရင် 10 စက္ကန့် ခန့် shake လုပ်ရပါမယ်။
🍸ပြီးမှ ရေခဲထည့်ပြီး ထပ်မံ 10 - 15 စက္ကန့် Wet Shake လုပ်ပါ✅

3. Reverse Dry Shake

Dry Shake နဲ့ပုံစံတူပေမယ့် foam ပိုထွက်စေချင်တဲ့သူများ အတွက် အသုံးဝင်တဲ့ Shake နည်းပါ။

📌အသုံးပြုနည်းက
🍸ပထမ Wet Shake (ရေခဲထည့်ပြီး) 10 စက္ကန့် shake လုပ်ပါ။
🍸ရေခဲကို စစ်ထုတ်ပြီး Egg White ကိုပဲ ထပ်မံ Dry Shake (10 - 15 စက္ကန့်) လုပ်ပါ။
🍸ဒီနည်းက Egg White အမြှုပ်ကို ပိုမိုထွက်စေပြီး creamy texture ပိုရစေပါတယ်။✅

4. Whip Shake (သစ်သီးပါတဲ့ Cocktail များအတွက်)

Pina Colada လို သစ်သီး၊ cream, coconut milk ပါတဲ့ cocktails တွေအတွက် အသုံးများတဲ့ နည်းပါ။

📌အသုံးပြုနည်းက
🍸ရေမထည့်ဘဲ crushed ice နဲ့ 5 - 7 စက္ကန့် ခန့်သာ shake လုပ်ပါ။
🍸ဒီနည်းက ingredients တွေ ပိုကောင်းစွာရောစပ်နိုင်စေပြီး ချောမွှတ်တဲ့ texture ရစေပါတယ်✅

မောင်နှမ ၂ ပါးက စောင့်တဲ့ တံခါးတစ်ခုရှိတယ် ဆိုတာရော ကြားဖူးနားဝ ရှိကြလား? 👀
မေးခွန်းတွေ အရမ်းများသွားပြီနော်။ 🧐

Photogenic Coffueen Cafe 🩵

Coffueen Cafe is a cozy and photogenic spot, perfect for relaxing both inside and outside. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a great place to chill.

I visited with a friend, and we decided to sit upstairs. The vibe there was amazing, with soft music playing from a record player 💽. There’s also a big mirror upstairs that’s perfect for mirror selfies! 🪞

Since it wasn’t main dish time when we arrived, we ordered some light desserts and drinks. The drinks were super refreshing 🍹. I don’t drink coffee, so I went with a strawberry juice, which was absolutely delicious 🍓. We also tried the French toast, which was perfectly made and totally my favorite 😋. My friend’s brownie was rich and tasty too 🍰. They have a lot of food options as well check out their menu on the cafe’s page.

The cafe is a bit small, but the space is well-organized. Even on a weekday, it was quite crowded, so I imagine weekends might be busier. However, if you visit during quieter times, it’s a perfect spot to work or study for hours 💙.

One of the best things about this cafe is how photogenic it is! Every corner looks picture-perfect, so you’ll leave with plenty of Instagram-worthy shots 🥰. We even made a short video to remember our time there check it out! 💁🏼‍♀️
