Senior Sales Executive โ AI & Digital Solutions
Location: Yangon, Myanmar (Hybrid possible)
About the Company
We are a tech-driven company providing SmartPost AI, AI consulting, app/web/system development, and digital marketing solutions. As we expand in Myanmar, weโre looking for a skilled sales professional to manage business development and client communication.
๐ฏMission
Lead all sales and client-facing activities in the Myanmar market across the companyโs service portfolio, gradually taking over client communication currently handled by the Founder and management team.
Scope of Responsibilities
This position handles all business development, sales, and client communication related to the companyโs services. Key responsibilities include:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify potential corporate clients in Myanmar, conduct outreach (online & offline), lead sales meetings, and maintain a prospect pipeline.
2. SmartPost AI Sales : Present product demos, explain value proposition and ROI, handle subscription sales, and close contracts.
3. AI Implementation & Consulting Sales : Understand client challenges, propose AI-driven improvements, coordinate with technical teams, prepare proposals, and manage deal progression until contract signing.
4. App / System Development Sales : Collect client requirements, communicate with the development team, prepare proposals and timelines, and manage negotiations and contract ex*****on.
5. Client Relationship Management : Handle inquiries, support payment collection and renewals, address issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
6. Future Service Expansion : Support sales of new services/products and adapt to evolving business offerings.
Important Notice (Scope Expansion Clause)
As a fast-growing tech company, our business and services may evolve. This role will adapt to expanding responsibilities, handling related sales and development activities as needed. The position is not limited to fixed products or predefined services.
Requirements
โข Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
โข Strong English communication skills
โข Experience in IT, digital, SaaS, or related industries
โข Ability to manage clients independently
โข Strong negotiation and closing skills
โข Comfortable working in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling SaaS or digital services, software/system development sales, basic understanding of AI solutions, and working with Japanese or international clients.

Proactive, ownership-driven, able to communicate confidently with business owners and executives, flexible to changing needs, results-oriented, and comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond a narrow job scope.
Working Hours
โข Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM โ 05:00 PM
โข Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: Off
โข Probation Period: 3 months
Salary & Benefits
โข Base Salary: 800,000 MMK
