👨🍳 Junior Barista (5 Posts)
Job Requirements
• Age between 18 and 25
• Must have a Barista Certificate or minimum 6 months barista experience
• Must have general knowledge about coffee and follow our recipes precisely
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in and around the bar area
• Must handle customer service and prepare orders on time
• Willing to actively participate in Essentrix Cafe team activities
👩🍳 Senior Barista (2 Posts)
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years barista experience
• Passionate about coffee
• Able to lead bar operations with quality and consistency
• Support and guide junior baristas
• Manage stock and bar supplies
• Solve daily operational challenges and creative
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely order handling
• Take the lead in cafe team activities and events
👨🍳 Bar Helper (2 Posts)
Job Requirements
• Age between 18 and 27
• Willing to learn and assist baristas in daily coffee operations
• Responsible for preparing ingredients, cleaning the bar area, and maintaining hygiene
• Able to support the team with enthusiasm and good communication
• No prior experience required, but experience in café or F&B is a plus
💼 Cashier / Sales & Marketing Assistant (1 Post)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle cashier duties accurately (POS, billing, daily cash report)
• Greet and assist customers with product recommendations
• Create content and manage posts for Facebook, TikTok to guidelines
• Plan and support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with the team on daily sales updates and activities
• Track and report basic sales performance
• Passionate about customer service, marketing, and team collaboration
