Responsibility

-Organize and lead the digital marketing team
-Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
-1 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
-Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
-Good time-management skills
-Great interpersonal and communication skills
-MA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field.
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Sales Manager (Male/Female-1)
Job Description
Direct daily operations for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures while leading the Sales Department.
Responsible for the smooth operation and new implementation of all IT systems, such as understanding digital marketing strategies and having an influence on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others).
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to predict future customer behavior and market trends.
Significant professional experience in seeking new clients in the popular production and services market
Create and implement an overall sales strategy for the company's services, as well as action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, timelines, and assignments for implementing and achieving targeted opportunities.
Execute a market research and analysis program, including market segments, and competitor analysis.
Supervises and verifies the reporting of sales activities, as well as customer lists.
Coordinate internal sales presentation resources, which may include technical and cross-divisional expertise.
In charge of overall target management and ensuring sales processes are followed.
Gather current market information to analyze the related industries.
Report directly to the Founders on daily
Job Requirements
Any Graduate (Must possess a Diploma in Sales/Marketing Management or Business Management)
A minimum of three years of Sales & Marketing (Assistant Manager) experience in a digital-related marketing services management role is required.
Be well-versed in all social media platforms and actively resolve customer complaints promptly.
Between the ages of 26 and 35
Accountability, punctuality, attention to detail, and adaptability (ability to work under pressure) are required.
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to implement successful sales strategies
Marketing Management expertise, followed by strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
