📍Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction
Management.
1+ years of QS experience in both structural and interior/decoration works.
Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation.
Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Familiar with standard forms of contract (FIDIC is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Good communication and negotiation ability.

Working Conditions:
Based at site or office, with regular site visits.
Must coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors.
May be required to work extended hours to meet submission deadlines
