As Social Media Manager, you will be tasked with driving the day-to-day delivery on our clients’ social media and digital needs in collaboration with the wider social, content and agency team. This position sees you play an integral part in building, managing and maintaining strong relationships with our direct client contacts on a daily basis as we bring the brands they represent to life in social and other digital platform via strategically informed creative content executions that effectively engage the intended audience. In this role you will work as part of a dynamic, forward thinking team and sees you navigate in all areas of the digital realm – from content strategy and creation, to community management, to reporting, and project management. You will be a go-to social and content specialist in the agency and stay on top of this exciting, ever changing space in which you will learn something new everyday.
Responsibilities
· Plan, create, and monitor social media content calendars and online campaigns
· Develop a social media strategy to promote brand presence and audience engagement
· Create original, engaging content to drive interest and build buzz around launch of new features/products and key events/milestones
· Engage with KOL and publishers
· Manage social media post scheduling
· Monitor our clients' competitors digital channels
· Monitor community communication and respond to queries in a timely manner
· Measure impact and drive process improvements as required
· Stay up to date with developments in social platforms and communication channels for maximum operational excellence
· Present periodic reports to manage with recommendations and insights based on analysis
Requirements
· Two years or more experience working in a similar position
· Degree or relevant tertiary education in advertising, public relations, digital marketing, media and journalism
· Tech-savvy with a prominent social presence on one or more networks
· Proven experience developing creative content for engagement through social media platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English
· Working knowledge of popular analytic and social media management tools
