The 48th Regional and State Bodybuilding & Fitness Competition was triumphantly held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the MCC Hall on Mindhama Road, Yangon, showcasing 16 competitive classes and bringing together extraordinary athletes from every corner of Myanmar. Organized by the Myanmar Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Federation, MBPF

To every competitor who stepped onto that stage — your relentless passion, tireless dedication, and unwavering pursuit of excellence are truly inspiring. To the champions who claimed victory and to those who fought with all their heart, you have proven that dreams are built through discipline, sacrifice, and courage.

After recently securing the Gold Medal in Men’s Bodybuilding up to 75kg and the prestigious title of Mr. Southeast Asian 2025 Champion, he has now triumphed once more, winning his third Gold Medal in Men’s Bodybuilding up to 75kg at the 57th Asian Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championships 2025.

Born not just to be a champion, but a true Champion of Champions.
