UI/UX Designer - Visual Design & Animation Specialist
We're looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences and bring our digital products to life through stunning visual design and engaging animations.
What You'll Be Creating:
Design user-centered interfaces for our diverse portfolio including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Point of Sale (POS) applications, and interactive dashboards. You'll shape how users interact with complex educational tools, streamline retail experiences, and make data visualization both beautiful and intuitive.
Design Skills We Need:
Figma: Advanced proficiency for collaborative design, prototyping, and design system management
Adobe Photoshop: Advanced skills for UI mockups, image editing, and visual asset creation
Adobe Illustrator: Expertise in creating scalable graphics, icons, and illustrations
Animation: Proficiency in motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Figma animations, or similar)
UI/UX Fundamentals: Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
What You'll Be Doing:
Transform complex workflows into intuitive user journeys. Create pixel-perfect interfaces that work seamlessly across devices. Design engaging animations that guide users and enhance functionality. Build and maintain design systems in Figma for consistent, scalable design patterns. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure your vision comes to life exactly as intended.
Ideal Background:
Experience designing for educational technology, retail systems, or data-heavy applications is a plus. We value designers who can balance aesthetic excellence with practical usability, and who understand how animation can elevate user experience without overwhelming it.
