【澳門勵駿上半年蝕14.2億港元 衛星賭場將停業引發持續經營憂慮】

持有及經營衛星賭場的澳門勵駿創建有限公司公布，截至2025年6月30日的上半年錄得14.2億港元虧損，並詳列多項影響其持續經營能力的不確定因素。

是次虧損主要源於一項12.7億港元的澳門物業減值損失。勵宮是澳門9間即將停業的衛星賭場之一，是隸屬澳娛綜合旗下9家衛星賭場之一。

澳門勵駿在公告中確認，已對澳門現金產生單位的非流動非金融資產進行減值評估，並就物業、設備及物業投資錄得上述減值損失。

公司同時指出，截至2025年6月30日，流動負債達25.6億港元，其中銀行及其他借款合計約24億港元，將於報告期末後12個月內到期或可隨時要求償還；而同期現金及銀行結餘僅2,170萬港元。

【Macau Legend reports US$182 million loss in 1H25 as imminent cessation of satellite casino operations add to going concern uncertainties】

Macau Legend Development Ltd, the owner and operator of satellite casino Legend Palace and its surrounding Macau Fisherman’s Wharf precinct, has detailed multiple uncertainties relating to its ability to continue as a going concern after reported a loss of HK$1.42 billion (US$182 million) in the six months to 30 June 2025.

The loss was primarily due to an impairment loss of HK$1.27 billion (US$163 million) related to its Macau property, with Legend Palace being one of 11 satellite casinos impacted by the looming closure of the city’s satellite business and one of nine operating under the license of SJM Resorts S.A.

In a filing, Macau Legend confirmed it had performed an impairment assessment of its non-current, non-financial assets related to its cash-generating unit in Macau and as such has recorded the impairment loss in relation to its property, equipment and property investments.

The company also noted that, as of 30 June 2025, its current liabilities were at HK$2.56 billion (US$328 million) including total bank and other borrowings of HK$2.40 billion (US$308 million) which will be due for repayment within the next 12 months from the end of the reporting period or are repayable on demand. Its cash and bank balances amounted to just HK$21.7 million (US$2.8 million) as at 30 June 2025.

【澳門8月博彩總收入達221.6億澳門元，再創疫後新高】

門2025年8月博彩毛收入再創疫後新高，達到221.6億澳門元（27.6億美元），更高於2020年1月（221.26億澳門元）。

根據博監局數據，8月博彩毛收入較2024年8月同期（197.5億澳門元）增加12.2%，較上月高於0.1%。

而今年首八個月的博彩毛收入為1,630.5億澳門元（203億美元），較去年同期高7.2%。

【Macau sets another post-pandemic record in August as GGR hits MOP$22.2 billion】

Macau has continued its recent revenue momentum, with the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ) reporting Monday that gross gaming revenues for the month of August reached MOP$22.16 billion (US$2.76 billion).

This means August set yet another post-pandemic GGR record, slightly exceeding the MOP$22.13 billion (US$2.73 billion) in gaming revenues generated in July and 12.2% higher than the same month in 2024.

For the first eight months of 2025 combined, GGR is up 7.2% year-on-year to MOP$163.1 billion (US$20.3 billion).

【澳娛綜合上半年博彩毛收入升至148億港元 但虧損仍在擴大】

澳娛綜合公布，2025年上半年業績顯示，博彩毛收入（GGR）同比增7.5%至148億港元（約19億美元），非博彩收入增11.8%至10.1億港元（約1.3億美元），但期內虧損由去年同期的1.62億港元（約2,080萬美元）擴大至1.82億港元（約2,340萬美元）。

據其周四晚向港交所提交的文件，集團在澳門博彩毛收入的市場份額由12.5%升至12.9%，主要受益於路氹上葡京業務持續增長，該度假村的市場份額攀升至2.5%。

上葡京總收入達36.3億港元（約4.66億美元），其中博彩毛收入增26.3%至29.4億港元（約3.77億美元），非博彩收入增9.4%至6.9億港元（約8,850萬美元），但經調整物業EBITDA為8,200萬港元（約1,050萬美元），較去年同期的1.92億港元（約2,460萬美元）下滑。

【SJM reports widened 1H25 loss despite GGR growing almost 12% to US$1.90 billion】

Macau’s SJM Holdings reported a 7.5% year-on-year improvement in gross gaming revenue to HK$14.8 billion (US$1.90 billion) and an 11.8% increase in non-gaming revenue to HK$1.01 billion (US$130 million) in the first six months of 2025, although it wasn’t enough to prevent a widened loss of HK$182 million (US$23.4 million), up from HK$162 million (US$20.8 million) a year earlier.

According to information filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange late Thursday, the company also improved its Macau GGR market share from 12.5% to 12.9% in 1H25, primarily on the continued ramp of Cotai resort Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) which itself saw market share climb to 2.5%.

GLP recorded total revenue of HK$3.63 billion (US$466 million) on a 26.3% year-on-year increase in GGR to HK$2.94 billion (US$377 million), while non-gaming revenue grew by 9.4% to HK$690 million (US$88.5 million). However, Adjusted Property EBITDA of HK$82 million (US$10.5 million) was down from HK$192 million (US$24.6 million) during the same period last year.

【澳娛綜合斥資5.29億與母公司達成協議 將衛星賭場賭枱及角子機遷至澳門葡京酒店】

澳門特許經營商澳娛綜合度假股份有限公司（「澳娛綜合」）將向母公司澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司（STDM）斥資5.29億港元（約6,800萬美元），收購葡京酒店7,504平方米場地，用於安置年底前關閉的衛星賭場的賭枱及角子機。

澳娛表示，此次交易是向集團核心賭場進行「全面戰略檢視」，旨在擴大葡京酒店賭場現有面積，提升盈利及利潤率。公司解釋：「澳娛綜合將把賭枱及角子機重新部署至更集中、由集團自主管理的核心場地，全面掌握產品、服務及合規標準，打造一致的『葡京』品牌體驗。」

澳娛今年6月宣布，將於年底前關閉澳門全部9家衛星賭場，並將相關場地的所有賭枱及角子機重新分配至旗下全資賭場。當時集團曾表示考慮收購其中兩家衛星賭場——十六浦及凱旋門，但此後數月未確認相關交易。

【SJM to relocate satellite casino gaming tables, slot machines to Macau’s famous Hotel Lisboa as part of US$68 million deal with parent company STDM】

Macau concessionaire SJM Resorts will pay HK$529 million (US$68 million) to its parent company Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, S.A. (STDM) to acquire 7,504 square meters of floor space at Hotel Lisboa for the relocation of gaming tables and slot machines from its soon-to-close satellite casinos.

According to information from SJM, the acquisition represents a “strategic reallocation of resources” into one of the group’s most famous venues, expanding the existing casino space at Casino Lisboa with the aim of delivering earnings accretion and margin enhancement.

“By transferring certain gaming assets from satellite casinos to a central flagship location under Casino Lisboa, the Group expects to generate stronger returns on these resources through enhanced gaming tables and slot machines productivity in an integrated, high-volume environment,” the company explained.

【港交所：LET 集團與凱升控股有限公司將於9月1日退市】

繼LET Group Holdings及其附屬公司凱升控股有限公司近期宣布將於本月底退市後，香港交易所確認，兩家公司的股份上市地位將於2025年9月1日上午9時起正式取消。

港交所發布雙重公告解釋,LET 集團與凱升控股（其股份自2024年2月起停牌）「未能達成交易所設定的復牌指引，亦未能在2025年7月10日前復牌交易。2025年8月15日，上市委員會決定根據《上市規則》第6.01A(1)條，取消該公司股份在交易所的上市地位。」

兩家公司此前均已表示，不會就交易所的決定申請覆核。

【Hong Kong Stock Exchange confirms delisting of LET Group and Summit Ascent scheduled for 1 September】

Following the recent announcement by Hong Kong’s LET Group Holdings and its subsidiary Summit Ascent Holdings that they were scheduled to be delisted at the end of this month, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that the listing of the shares will be officially cancelled with effect from 9am on 1 September 2025.

In dual announcements, the Exchange explained that LET Group and Summit Ascent – whose shares were suspended from trading in February 2024 – had “failed to fulfill the resumption guidance set by the Exchange and resume trading in its shares by 10 July 2025. On 15 August 2025, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange under Rule 6.01A(1).”

Both companies previously revealed that they would not request a review of the Exchange’s decision.

【摩根大通：澳門8月中博彩收入創疫情後非黃金周新高】

投資銀行摩根大通預期，澳門在8月18日至24日的首七天內，日均博彩毛收入（GGR）達7.93億澳門元，較前一周增長9%，成為疫情以來非黃金周期間的最高水平。

該行分析師DS Kim、Selina Li及Lindsey Qian在周一的報告中指出，過去一周博彩業表現亮麗，主要受「暑期旺季帶來的強勁訪客量」推動。據此，8月首24天的累計博彩毛收入達176.5億澳門元，日均7.35億澳門元。

按細分市場看，貴賓廳及中場收入同比均增長10%至15%，其中貴賓廳恢復至疫情前水平的30%，中場則恢復至125%。

【JP Morgan says Macau GGR now at highest non-Golden Week levels since pandemic】

Investment bank JP Morgan has estimated Macau’s gross gaming revenues in the seven days from 18 to 24 August at MOP$793 million (US$98.5 million) per day, representing a 9% increase over the prior week and making it the city’s highest non-Golden Week GGR since the pandemic.

In a Monday note, analysts DS Kim, Selina Li and Lindsey Qian said the impressive performance of the gaming sector over the past week was due to “strong visitation from peak summer holidays” – lifting month-to-date GGR through the first 24 days of August to MOP$17.65 billion (US$2.19 billion) at MOP$735 million (US$91.3 million) per day.

By segment, this implies both VIP and mass grew by 10% to 15% year-on-year, representing VIP recovery to 30% of pre-pandemic levels and mass recovery to 125% of pre-pandemic levels.

【Galaxy looking to maintain events focus as Galaxy Arena extends partnership with TMElive by three years】

alaxy Entertainment Group’s Galaxy Arena has renewed by a further three years its strategic partnership with live events company TMElive, aiming to further build on the high-profile array of entertainment offerings that have contributed to Macau’s post-pandemic recovery.

In its announcement, GEG said that its recent concert line-up, including the 2025 TMElive International Music Awards (TIMA) and 2025 Tencent Music Entertainment Awards (TMEA) held last weekend, had become important events in the Macau calendar, underscoring its position as the “City of Performances”.

Other A-list concerts such as G-Dragon, BLACKPINK and Jacky Cheung had attracted thousands of fans gathered to Macau, pushing forward the development of “Tourism + Entertainment” and fostering business opportunities for local independent operators, the company added.

Under the renewed partnership with TMElive, GEG said that TIMA and TMEA will remain key highlights and a priority for Galaxy Arena, while the two parties plan to co-host a wider array of music performances – including large-scale concerts, music festivals and celebratory ceremonies – leading to more immersive and culturally-focused galas.
