حصل جيوفري #هينتون وجون #هوفيلد على جائزة نوبل في #الفيزياء لأبحاثهم في تعلم الآلة والذكاء الاصطناعي. هينتون، المعروف بـ"الأب الروحي للذكاء الاصطناعي"، أحدث ثورة في هذا المجال بأبحاثه حول الشبكات العصبية، مما مهد الطريق لتطبيقات مثل ChatGPT. ورغم فوائد الذكاء الاصطناعي، حذر هينتون من مخاطره المستقبلية. هوفيلد بدوره طور شبكة تعيد تكوين الأنماط من معلومات غير مكتملة، مثل طريقة تذكر العقل البشري. الجائزة تؤكد تأثير أبحاثهم العميق على حياتنا، لكنها تثير تساؤلات حول مستقبل التكنولوجيا.

يقول الحكماء أنه من الواجب #الصمت عندما يكون الكلام غير مجدٍ أو قد يسبب ضررًا، مثلًا في حالة الخلافات التي قد تتفاقم بسبب النقاش أو عند عدم التأكد من صحة المعلومات. كما أن الصمت يعتبر حكمة في المواقف التي تحتاج إلى التفكير العميق أو حينما يكون الاستماع أهم من الحديث.
أما #الكلام فيجب عندما يكون التعبير ضروريًا لنقل الحقائق، أو الدفاع عن موقف عادل، أو توجيه النصيحة، أو إيصال المشاعر بصدق. الأهم من هذا كله أنه مهم لتعزيز التواصل الفعّال وحل المشكلات بالطرق "حكيمة" و "عادلة" و"منصفة".

آخر ما قدمت DeepLearning.AI التابعة ل Andrew Ng مؤخرًا هو دورة جديدة ومهمة للغاية بعنوان "بناء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الأحدث Haystack" وقد تم إنشاؤها بالشراكة مع deepset، الشركة التي طورت Haystack، الإطار الذي يبسط عملية إنشاء التطبيقات القائمة على النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (LLM)…
ستتناول هذه الدورة الجديدة إطار عمل Haystack، وهو أداة قوية لإنشاء حلول ذكاء اصطناعي مرنة وقابلة للتطوير وسهلة الصيانة، يدرسها توانا جيليك، رئيس علاقات المطورين في Haystack. سيكتسب المشاركون خبرة عملية من خلال مشاريع تطبيقية، بما في ذلك بناء تطبيق RAG، وأداة لتلخيص الأخبار، ووكيل محادثة وظيفي، وحتى وكيل ذاتي التفكير بقدرات دورية…

كلنا تعرض للظلم أو الإقصاء أو التجاهل مرة أو مرتين في حياته…
عطفًا على مسألة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي، وتأسيا بما تحدث عنه بعض "الفسابكة" عن الظلم الذي تعرضوا له، أردت أن أشارك تجربتي في مسألة لطالما أرقتني: "إما الواسطة وإما الظلم والتجاهل والإقصاء" في بلادنا للأسف..
قبيل تأسيس وزارة التحول الرقمي بقليل، حصلت على دكتوراه كأكاديمي وخبير في مجال #الحكومة #الإلكترونية سنة 2019، وسعيت جاهداً للمساهمة في جهود الدولة في هذا المجال أثناء تأسيسه دون أن أحظى بتجاوب. ورغم مراسلتي للمسؤولين وطرقي لجميع الأبواب آنذاك بطريقة فردية، إلا أنني لم ألقَ أي استجابة، ولم تتم دعوتي لأي من الورشات المؤسِّسة لهذا القطاع، رغم أنه يندرج في صميم اختصاصي. مرة واحدة حظيت بدعوة كريمة في جهد وحيد، وهو وضع استراتيجية وطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي، عبر وزارة الرقمنة بقيادة معالي الوزير السابق المهندس محمد عالى ولد لولي Mohamed Abdallahi Louly، فشكرا له وشكرا لمن أنصف الباقين…
إما الوساطة وإما التجاهل..
