Almost 30 years ago, Rizzo Farrugia Stockbrokers became one of Cyberspace Solutions’ very first clients. Over the years, we’ve continuously evolved their digital presence—redesigning, upgrading, and refining along the way.

Today marks another milestone: the launch of their new brand identity and website. A cleaner, more professional look and feel, backed by a complete rebranding and a brand-new site developed by Cyberspace.

This achievement is a testament to more than 60 years of dedication, voluntary service, education, advocacy, and the safeguarding of Malta’s cultural heritage. It is also a well-deserved recognition of the countless volunteers, committee members, donors, sponsors, and supporters who have contributed to the organisation’s remarkable journey.

At Cyberspace Solutions, this recognition brings us particular satisfaction. For close to 20 years, we have had the privilege of working closely with Din l-Art Ħelwa, supporting the organisation through a variety of digital, multimedia, IT, funding, and communications initiatives. Witnessing this international recognition for an organisation that has done so much for Malta’s heritage is truly inspiring.

Cyberspace Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our administrative and financial operations. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while assisting with project administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Support
- Issue sales invoices and sales receipts
- Post sales and purchase transactions on Sage
- Track incoming payments through internet banking
- Post purchase invoices and payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage petty cash
- Reconcile monthly accounts
- Process monthly IRD payments

Administrative Duties
- Manage company emails and incoming correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule calendar meetings
- Issue and track purchase orders
- Manage domain renewals
- Assist with tender documentation
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by management

Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software (Sage preferred)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
