Official page for the OGAE Malta Fan Club - The official club for Eurovision fans in Malta! ❤️🙌 OGAE Malta is the Maltese branch of the OGAE International.

Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l’Eurovision (OGAE) is a Eurovision Fan Club Network with branches in over 40 countries. OGAE International operates as an independent, non-governmental, non-politic and non-profit organisation and is the only fan organisation that officially cooperates with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) concerning the tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest. OGAE Inte

rnational has its roots in Finland, where the organisation was founded in 1984. Currently countries that take part or have already taken part in the Eurovision Song Contest have their own OGAE-club. All other countries around the world are united under OGAE Rest of World. Every year, the organisation puts together three non-profit competitions; OGAE Second Chance Contest, OGAE Song Contest and OGAE Video Contest. The purpose of OGAE International is to spread national popular music throughout the world and to exercise co-operation over the OGAE network of clubs, cooperation among the Eurovision Song Contest fans, promotion of the Eurovision Song Contest, and establishment of strong relations with national broadcasting companies. In 2011, OGAE International was registered in France and Ms. Maiken Mäemets was elected as the International President for OGAE, following Antonios Karatzikos after 4 years. During the weekend of 17th–19th July, OGAE Malta 🇲🇹 proudly participated in the annual Eurovision Weekend FANVision 2026, held this year in Munich, Germany 🇩🇪.

Representing OGAE Malta was the incredibly talented Gaia Gambuzza, who delivered a fantastic performance of Sweden's Eurovision 2021 entry, "Voices".

It was a memorable weekend filled with exciting activities, Eurovision music, reunions with fans from across Europe, and, above all, a wonderful spirit of unity and friendship.

At the end of the contest, OGAE Malta finished in 9th place, scoring an impressive 96 points. 🇲🇹👏 Well done to our very own Gaia Gambuzza - your outstanding performance made us all incredibly proud! ❤️🤍

A huge congratulations to OGAE Poland for winning FANVision for the very first time with "United by Gyros", inspired by Greece's Eurovision 2013 entry "Alcohol Is Free". 🇵🇱🏆

🚨 Attention ALL Maltese Singers! 🚨

➡️ Malta will once again participate in the FanVision Song Contest, which is a festival organized between OGAE clubs across a whole 'Eurovision' weekend.

🎉 This year this event will take place in Munich, Germany 🇩🇪, between the 17th and 19th of July.

The contest consists of artists representing their country with a cover of a Eurovision.

🎥📲 Send us a video of yourself singing a Eurovision song that you think suits your voice best on 📧 [email protected] not later than Tuesday 31st March 2026.

🎼 The song can be of any country and any year, be creative! The song sent will not necessarily be the song that the chosen artist will represent Malta with. The selection will take place internally, and the chosen singer will be announced by in April. Singers need to be at least 16 years old on 17th July 2026.

Kindly note that the participation fee is €10. The costs related to the event must be borne by the winner but OGAE Malta will assist with all the necessary arrangements.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Helen Micallef - Malta’s first ever female representative at Eurovision 🖤. She represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 1972, alongside Joe Cutajar, with the song “L-Imħabba”.

Dear Helen, thank you for your invaluable contribution to the Maltese music industry. You will never be forgotten by the Eurovision community and beyond.

Rest in Peace, Helen ♥️🕊️🙏
