This interior design proposal celebrates architectural heritage through soft classical detailing, warm herringbone floors, and a muted palette inspired by limestone and natural textures.

A quietly elegant Maltese townhouse, reimagined with warmth, soul and a light touch.

Arched doors lead onto a Mediterranean courtyard; soft blue joinery anchors the kitchen; a limestone-clad fireplace and rounded ironwork bring character and flow.

Natural textures, warm oak, and a sun-drenched palette carry a sense of calm throughout — designed to feel grounded, welcoming, and full of soul.

Today marked the inauguration of Tax-Xierfa Museum, an inspiring new agricultural museum that celebrates Malta’s rural heritage. This incredible space is the vision and passion of Carmel Busuttil, who has dedicated himself to preserving and sharing Malta’s agricultural past with the public.

Honoured to have worked on this project, bringing together design and heritage to create a space that showcases a rich collection of tools, artefacts, and knowledge. It was a pleasure to see President Emeritus Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca officially inaugurating the museum today.

I highly recommend visiting—it's a true labour of love, and entry is by donation!
