Job Description:
•⁠ ⁠Drafting and Review: Drafting, evaluating, and reviewing a wide range of legal and commercial documents, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Contracts, and Licensing Agreements;
•⁠ ⁠Negotiation: Leading or assisting in the negotiation of contractual terms with clients, suppliers, and third-party contractors to ensure the best interests of Cineloop VFX are protected;
•⁠ ⁠Compliance and Risk Management: Identifying potential legal, financial, or operational risks in contracts and ensuring all agreements and the Company’s internal policies;
•⁠ ⁠Contract Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, including tracking deadlines, renewals, amendments, and ensuring timely termination or extension of agreements;
•⁠ ⁠Internal Coordination: Liaising with the Production, Finance, and HR departments to ensure that contractual obligations (such as payment milestones, delivery schedules, and staffing requirements) are clearly understood and executed;

Creative Director is responsible for directing and supervising the creative and technical ex*****on of visual effects sequences, from concept to completion.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Taking a significant role in the entire project pitch cycle, from initial client brief, ideation, pitching and securing work across all areas of the business;
• Build and maintain client relationships;
• Creative direction and supervision of specific projects, taking on full responsibility partnered with a producer, including client communication and managing the internal creative and artist team;
• Working with the Production Department on project management; providing feedback on production schedules, crewing, and working with the teams to deliver projects on time and budget;
• Mentorship of the next generation of artists by nurturing, guiding, and leading by example;
• Providing creative advice and involvement in challenging projects that require additional management support.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience from at least 5–10 years in the industry;
• An understanding of the production process from concept to completion;
• A deep familiarity with post-production pipelines, techniques, and software;
• A strong balance of both creative and practical / technical skills;
• Excellent communication and people-management skills;
• Ability to guide and lead a team to extract their best work according to a predefined vision;
• Russian/Ukrainian speaking candidates are preferable.

We are hiring VFX Coordinator

VFX production coordinators are responsible for scheduling work and ensuring a visual effects project runs smoothly and delivers on time. To make sure this happens, they work closely with artists across the entire team and liaise with clients to keep them updated on project progress.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:
• Comprehensive assistance to VFX Producer in project management;
• Keeping track of each artist task list, and monitoring their progress;
• Uploading and downloading of delivery and turnovers to the client;
• Organize meetings and review sessions;
• Verify the shot list database, keeping it up to date with changes, version numbers and statuses;
• Monitor / maintain a calm work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of proven production experience as a VFX Coordinator;
• Ability to be collected, calm and confident in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic knowledge of VFX: understand the artistic and technical processes through which VFX is made, know the key roles and responsibilities of the team;
• Advanced English (C1+) is a must;
• Russian/Ukrainian speaking candidates are preferable.
