An unforgettable evening at .malta at the Hyatt Regency 🌿✨

We were invited for a Multi Course Tasting of their brand-new seasonal menu — and wow, what a journey! 🐙🥩 The octopus and pork dishes stole the show, bursting with flavor and creativity.

Loved seeing Maltese ingredients shine in such unique ways 🇲🇹🍽️
The ambience was just right — live music, great vibes, and even better food 🎶🍷

We kicked off with some bold gins 🍸 and were treated to a stunning wine pairing throughout the meal. A full sensory experience from start to finish! Our meal was then topped off with a delicious Maltese styled Trifle 🍰

A truly delicious experience — the talented team at .malta delivered a beautifully crafted menu that celebrates fresh, local produce in creative and delicious ways 🌿✨ Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for a unique and flavourful dining experience! 🍽️💫
