Job Title: BOOKING & PROJECT COORDINATOR

About the Role
Gold Models is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bookings & Project Coordinator to manage model bookings and oversee the smooth ex*****on of projects and campaigns. You’ll be the link between clients, talents, and our internal team—ensuring schedules, logistics, and communications run seamlessly. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll help align all stakeholders to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate model bookings for castings, shoots, and events.
-Work with the Project Manager to plan and implement project goals.
-Serve as main contact for clients, talents, and creative teams.
-Ensure timely communication, confirmations, and deliverables.
-Monitor project progress, track accomplishments, and meet deadlines.
-Maintain accurate booking and project records.
-Handle last-minute changes with professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum Diploma qualification; degree holders encouraged to apply.
-Experience in coordination or booking roles (fashion, modeling, or creative industries preferred).
-Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
-Deadline-driven
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and basic social media tools.
-Keen attention to detail and passion for the industry.
Valid driver’s license.
