Mon secret d'un poisson pané croustillant et léger ! 🐟
​Pour éviter que votre poisson ne soit trop gras, voici ma technique simple :

*​Marine le poisson avec de l'ail, de la sauce poisson et du poivre.
*​Passe les morceaux dans la farine.
*​Trempe dans l'œuf battu.
*​Enrobe de chapelure (la poud dipain).
*​Frire par petites quantités (4 ou 5 morceaux).

​Le résultat ? Un poisson doré, croustillant et beaucoup moins huileux !

Yesterday's dinner brought back childhood memories of Baie du Nord. This Bouillon Mornes (Nerite Snails? ) requires a bit of patience and a small fork ( I tried with a toothpick but it broke), but the taste of Rodrigues is worth every effort. Pure nostalgia!
