Rasdhoo Island has been officially recognized and promoted as āTHE HEART OF MALDIVESā since 3 September 2019, when the islandās dedicated marketing logo and accompanying slogan were launched as part of a longāterm initiative to strengthen Rasdhooās identity and enhance its visibility across national and international platforms.
The marketing logo was inaugurated by Former President Mohamed Nasheed, while the slogan āTHE HEART OF MALDIVESā was inaugurated by the Head of the IPU Delegation during their official visit to Rasdhoo Island, marking a defining moment in the islandās branding journey.
Since then, the logo and slogan have served as the official marketing identity of Rasdhoo Island, gaining strong recognition both locally and globally, and are prominently featured across islandālevel events, tournaments, community initiatives, and promotional materials, becoming a symbol of honour for the people of Rasdhoo while reinforcing the islandās cultural, geographic, and economic significance.
The logo and slogan are legally recognized as the intellectual property of Rasdhoo Island, and remain protected assets under its official ownership, representing the spirit, heritage, and central role of Rasdhoo within the Maldives.
