Dhivehi Rajjeyge Adu had its first breath of life on 29th December 1962. However, broadcasting in accordance to the fundamental broadcasting law of Maldives began in 1980. It was a moment of national pride for this country, as it was the first time the first radio station adopted a name in our mother tongue, Dhivehi. The name was changed from Radio Maldives to Dhivehi Rajjeyge Adu.

ޚިޔާލެއް ދީބަލަ މިރޭގެ ޝޯވއަށް ލިބިފައިވާ ހާދިސާ

އަހަރެންނަކީ ކުޑައިރުންފެށިގެން ވެސް ބުލީ ކުރުމާއި ފުރައްސާރަ ކުރުންފަދަ އެތަށް ކަމަކާ ކުރިމަތިވެފައިވާ އަންހެން ކުއްޖެއް. އަހަރެންނަށް މި ކަންކަން ކުރިމަތިވަނީ އަހަރެންގެ އާއިލާގެ ތެރެއިން. އަހަރެންގެ ބައްޕަ އަހަރެން ވަރަށް ކުޑައިރު މަންމަ ވަރިކޮށްފައި ދިޔަގޮތަށް ދެން އަހަރެންގެ ހާލުވެސް ބަލާ ނުލާ. އުޅެބޮޑުވީ މަންމަ ކާރި. މަންމަ ފަހުން އެހެންމީހަކަށް ކައިވެނިކޮށް އޭނައަށް ދެ ކުދިންވެސް ތިބެ. މަންމަ އެކުދިންދެކެ ވަރަށް ލޯބިވެ. އެކަމު އަހަރެންމީ މަންމައަށް އެއްވެސް ވަރަކަށް މުހިއްމު މީހެއް ނޫން. އަހަރެންނަކީ ކަޅު ކުއްޖެއް. އެހެންވެ މަންމަގެ އަނެއް ކުދިން އަހަރެންނަށް މަލާމަތް ކުރަން އަހަރެންގެ ނަމުގެ ކުރިއަށް ކަޅު މި ލަފްޒު ލާފަ ގޮވާ ހަދާ. އަހަރެންނަށް މިހާރު އަށާރަ އަހަރު ވެއްޖެ. މިހާރު މިއުޅެނީ ކުއްޖަކާވެސް ރައްޓެހިވެގެން. މިހާރު އަހަރެންނާ ގޭތެރެއިން އެހެން ކަމަކާ މިވަނީ ކުރިމަތި ލާންޖެހިފަ. އެއީ ދޮން ބައްޕަގެ ފުރައްސާރައާއި އުނދަގޫ.މަންމައަށް ކިޔާދިނުމުން މަންމަ ޤަބޫލެއްނުކުރި. އެވާހަކަ ނުދެއްކުމަށް ބުނެ އިންޒާރުދިނެ. ދެން އެވާހަކަތައް އަހަރެން ރައްޓެހިވެގެން އުޅޭ ކުއްޖަކާއަށް ކިޔާދިނުމުން އޭނަ އެދުނީ ކައިވެނިކޮށްގެން އޭނައާއެކު ދިއުމަށް. އެކަމު ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ ތަޖުރިބާ މަދުކަމާއި އުމުރުގެ ހަގުކަމުން ކައިވެނި ކުރަން ޖެހިލުންވެ. ދެން ކިހިނެއް ހަދާނީ؟ މިކަމުގައި ޚިޔާލެއް ދީބަލަ!
