Observing the journeys of my heroes—Jacob, Moses, Joseph, Samson, David, and Jesus—I've noticed a peculiar pattern. They all begin with assistance, a helping hand that propels them toward their destined path. However, as they progress, this support is abruptly taken away, sometimes in harsh and unexpected ways. At first, I couldn't comprehend why God would seemingly treat them unfairly, but I've come to a realization.
God's intention is not to be unfair; rather, He desires for them to recognize that everything they need resides within themselves, not externally. It is not a journey dependent on material possessions. They possess the ability to tap into their inner reservoirs and manifest what they require for survival and sustainability along the way.
This understanding challenges us to look beyond our immediate circumstances and recognize the boundless potential within ourselves. We are not merely dependent on external factors for success and fulfillment. Instead, we possess the innate capacity to create, innovate, and overcome obstacles. It is through this self-discovery that we truly comprehend the strange and mysterious ways of God.
