Unofficial reports, indicate that Mwai Ndalama of Chiradzulu Nyungwe constituency is in top five of the Democratic Progressive Party candidates who have contributed over 80 percent of the casted votes in their constituencies to Peter Mutharika in the just ended general elections.
According to the report, Mary Navicha of Thyolo Thava constituency takes the lead with 35, 581 votes to the President elect, a representation of 90 percent votes, voted during the election day.
Among the top five candidates who have contributed more to Peter Mutharika are; Sameer Suleiman of Blantyre Chigumula BCA constituency with 87%, Santiago Phiri of Mulanje south constituency with 85% and Hendry Tiaone of Phalombe south constituency with 82%.
