FREEDOM FROM THE HIDDEN STRUGGLE OF MA********ON 🙌

Part One:

🎗️Understanding The Struggle And Breaking The Cycle

1. A True Life Story

Michael and Abigail had been married for a few years. Abigail was a housewife, caring for the children, while Michael went to work each day.

One evening, Michael returned home expecting intimacy, but Abigail turned him down, saying she had already satisfied herself earlier through ma********on.

This was the fifth time in three weeks. Abigail had become dependent on a vi****or she secretly kept in the house. Michael, a Christian man, was heartbroken and angry. He didn’t want to cheat on his wife but felt abandoned and betrayed. Out of fear, Abigail threw the vi****or away but continued to use her fingers in secret.

When Michael discovered this, the damage to their marriage became irreparable, and eventually, the relationship ended, despite having beautiful children.

This story, though painful, mirrors what many couples experience in silence. Some accept it, believing it is better than adultery. Others see it as betrayal. Men rarely talk about it, while women are more open. For many, it is a taboo topic, shrouded in shame.

2. Ma********on Is Not a Temptation

Last week, you might have masturbated again. Afterward, you changed your clothes, prayed, and promised God you would never do it again.

You deleted p**n, fasted, buried yourself in church activities, and even stopped subscribing to data. You felt confident. You believed you had broken free.

Then one night, while watching innocent videos on YouTube, something popped up. A half-naked image triggered a flood of emotions. Your heart began to race.

The promise you made came to mind, but your hand moved on its own. You whispered to yourself, "Just a quick peek," and before you knew it, you were back in the loop: searching, watching, touching, falling.

The cycle returned. After the act, you felt disgusted, guilty, and spiritually weak. You cleared your browser

Kingdom Relationships – God’s Way is Still the Best Way

"Any relationship not built on Christ will eventually crumble under the weight of selfish desires." – Apostle Joshua Selman

In today’s world, relationships have become more about trends than truth, more about feelings than foundations. But as believers, we must return to God’s blueprint for love — where Christ is the center, purpose is the guide, and purity is the standard.

Relationships are not just about who makes your heart race. They are about who aligns with your destiny. You weren’t created to do life with just anyone — you were created to walk in purpose with the one God has designed to walk with you.

"Don’t enter a relationship because you’re lonely; enter because you’re ready to love like Christ." – Apostle Joshua Selman

Love is not just passion — it’s patience, selflessness, vision, and prayer. It’s not about finding someone perfect, but about partnering with someone who’s willing to grow in Christ with you. True love will challenge you, refine you, and lead you back to the feet of Jesus.

"Your relationship should make it easier to love God, not harder." – Apostle Joshua Selman

If that relationship pulls you away from prayer, dims your spiritual fire, or makes compromise look normal — then it’s not God’s will. God doesn’t give distractions. He gives destiny partners.

Wait on the Lord. Don’t rush the process. In His time, He will align your heart with the right one. And when He does — build on the rock, not on emotions.

The world may settle for convenience, but we choose covenant. We choose Christ at the center. We choose love that reflects heaven.
