Minister of National Unity and Civic Education Timothy Mtambo has confessed the conflict of interest that is there between the roles as a human rights activists versus his ministrial position.
Mtambo who is former Chairperson of rights body HRDC, has made the remarks in response to public criticism that his current position has killed his activism.
He tells NCC News Line that as long as he is on the supplying side people should not expect him to be demanding instead he is striving to remain accountable to the public
