Mike Tyson recently experienced a medical emergency while on a flight to Los Angeles.
Tyson, who is 57 years old, reportedly fell unconscious mid-flight, causing considerable concern among passengers and crew. The incident happened on a flight departing from Miami, and it necessitated immediate medical attention upon landing.
Sources close to the situation revealed that Tyson had been feeling unwell before boarding the plane. Despite his condition, he decided to travel, hoping the situation would improve. However, during the flight, his condition worsened, leading to the emergency. The flight crew quickly responded by seeking medical assistance from any available professionals on board, who then attended to Tyson until the plane landed.
Tyson’s representatives stared “He became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare up 30 minutes before landing. He is appreciative to the medical staff that were there to help him.”
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, paramedics were ready and waiting. Tyson was promptly evaluated and stabilized before being transported to a nearby hospital for further assessment and treatment.
Tyson, who has been preparing for a fight against YouTuber Jake Paul in late July, recently returned to the boxing scene after a long hiatus.
