Meet this week’s , Shania Kuseka Matandika.

Fresh in the Marketing industry, Shania is Castel Malawi’s Spirits Product Manager who joined the company in 2021 as Product Manager for non-alcoholic beverages.

Prior to joining Castel, she worked as a Senior Accounts Consultant at Dovetales where she developed tactical, creative & strategic skills through working with different brands such as Old Mutual, Ecobank, Bayer & Illovo. She believes marketing is about innovation and enjoys the diversity and the challenges it comes with.

Besides product management, Shania is also instrumental in organising all of Castel Malawi events.
