Most people know me as a DJ because of Genovese, and most people know Genovese because of me as a DJ.
I feel itโs time to clear the air.
I left Genovese because, at a certain point, our visions were no longer aligned. When I say โour,โ I mean the management and myself. The best decision was to separate pathsโeven though it affected me financially. Still, I believe strongly in Allah (God), and I believe in staying humble, loyal, and true to myself.
Yes, I was disappointed. But I knew I would get through it.
At the time, I was already playing at Kingโs Landing, and soon after, I was given the opportunity to play at Nexus. From there, I kept pushing. In 2024, I became the DJ with the most gigs in the country. In 2025, my focus shifted toward growth, relationships, and connecting with the right people.
I was nominated for Best Club DJ for the third year in a rowโand I won the maso awards 2025.
Today, Iโm proud to be the resident DJ at Lake of Stars, Drinkcember, and Podfest, and a regular performer at Beerland Festivals.
The point is this: sometimes it feels like things are coming to an end, when in reality, itโs just the beginning.
The good news is that I am still in talks with the management at Genovese and if things settle down I will resume from where I left.
