TWO FIRE TRUCKS DONATED TO MALAWI GOVERNMENT 🚒
Creck Hardware & General Suppliers Ltd has donated two fire trucks to the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development in a move aimed at strengthening fire and disaster response capacity.
The official handover took place at Capital Hill in Lilongwe today, August 27.
During the ceremony, Minister of Local Government Dr. Ben Phiri highlighted the resource challenges facing local authorities and said the donation would help strengthen disaster response.
Apostle Clifford Kawinga, founder of Creck Hardware & General Suppliers Ltd, said the initiative was driven by the need to help protect Malawians from the devastating effects of fires.
