For life to move, you need gift (skill) and experience. So this demands submission to those that have gone before you and inquire from them regularly.

1 Timothy 3:1
Bishop is an in charge, overseer and if anyone desires to become one, he desires a good thing. It’s not a burden to hold a spiritual position in service to God.

A . A leader must be blameless.
He should not indulge in sins.

B. The husband of one wife.
Polygamy is forbidden to Christian leaders.

C. Vigilant.
He has to be alert.

D.Sober.
He is supposed to control himself and preserve himself from strong drinks.

E. Of good behaviour.
He should preach more by conduct than words.

F. Given to hospitality.
He is genuinely excited to accommodate visitors and to entertain strangers.

G. Quick to teach.
He should be ready to equip those around him with sound teachings and give them quality advice.

1 Timothy 3 : 13

Servant-type of leadership will pay us off. So let us not despise our service to God but minister faithfully to obtain the prize of our high calling in Christ.

An effective leader transfers his spirit into his followers.

2 Timothy 2: 24 - 26

We should not fight people for thy may be our solution tomorrow. So we should always seek to live in peace with all people.

A leader must discipline himself for self leadership will effectively contribute to the powerful leadership in all areas of life.

Luke 22:32-33
A good leader will pray for those that are following him and working with him. Leadership is not all about imposing orders and making policies but it’s about serving others.

A good leader keeps himself from things that would bring shame to himself. In other words, he is self controlled.

Effective leadership does not trample on others in the name of making a name or obtaining favour. Instead, he protects and encourages them.

A good leader never exposes weaknesses of others but he prays for them so that they become stronger.

We are helped by God so that we also become help unto others that are in trouble. Never should we be selfish and and unhelpful after God blesses our lives.

As a leader, be in your lane. We are not there to compete with each other but to complement.

As a leader you should not give lame excuses to cover your failures. You admit the failures, shake off the dust and arise again for tremendous exploits.

A good leader endures challenges and hopes for greatness in the future. Keep on going because sooner or later your situations will change.

You must be a leader who will make people regret your absence from their lives. We make our memories live on in lives of other after we have brought beauty out of them.

A good leader is always positive and never gives in to negativity for to him every situation is subject to change.

When you are a leader, don’t expect that your followers will follow every thing. They are at liberty to constructively criticise you.

Never should we let people despise us because of our current situations for we have God who is the situation changer.

An effective leader is skilled in battle.

An effective leader dies for others. He encourages the weak and fights for others.

We should be touched with other people's situations. Be able to be by their side.

An effective leader is not complacent. He always knows that dissatisfaction leads to determination. Our past victories should fuel us to have greater victories.

We should never be weary when doing good things for in the appointed time, we shall surely reap.

A leader is an influential person who causes things to happen. His visions materializes and He effects changes in lives of his followers.

Types of leaders

A. Inborn leaders. These were naturally born leaders and they grow as ones.
B. Trained leaders.
These are not born leaders but are made.
And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.
1 Chronicles:12:32

We have a problem in as far as reading time is concerned. Failure to discern appointed time for something would lead to unproductivity.

Tough times come in life and everyone overlooks your challenges but you should remain unshakeable and steadfast towards the work of God.

These also are the chief of the mighty men whom David had, who strengthened themselves with him in his kingdom, and with all Israel, to make him king, according to the word of the LORD concerning Israel. Theme: What is Giving?

By definition giving implies how much love you have for God.

The magnitude of your offering speaks much before God. The little you give is the little you show how much you love God and vice versa.

The measure of your giving determines the quantity of your blessings. So you should give in relation to the blessings that you want to receive from God.
Giving compels the Lord to give your heart's desires.
Phillipians 4: 15 - 19

When your offering is little, do not be discouraged to give for it will unlock big doors for your blessings. You need a small key to open a big door.
