Here to Grind till we complete the campaign!!!

Our campaign is obvious, promoting the sport. Our dreams may be achieved or not achieved by us, but we must learn to consider that we have or we shall have children who may find them meaningful, to carry on the fitness legacy.

None of us here was born a martial artist, a boxer, a kickboxer, a bodybuilder, a powerlifter, nor a fitness trainer!! Some people who lived before us laid the foundation. Left the skills in some magazines, some books, some video documentaries and news paper, from there we all got inspiration and found interest to pursue this passion.

If not you. Who is going to do it for you. And if it's not you, who is going to speak it for you the way you want it to sound?

It's a rough road, but don't you think you have the qualities it demands to walk it? Honestly, I have seen you people with the qualities, let's walk it together.

Our television broadcasts and some news and photographed stories will be presented on Blantyre Broadcasting Channel and African Ink & Cameras they all belong to one brand, Mountain Management Locus.

Here on 93 Blantyre Fitness Magazine we focus on fitness in all it's disciplines.

Mangochi EMcee Gym n Fitness Centre have released a calendar outlining a set up of their events this year, 2025.

BFAM top executive official, Mohammed Ajussa who hails from Mangochi, and a lead figure in this context, has told Mountain Muscle & Fitness Magazine some events haven't been allocated to a specific date due to valid grounds.

For instance, End of the year party and Award presentation as well as Mr Mangochi bodybuilding competition, will have their dates communicated in due course.

A few days ago, I learned about Fortune Milanzi, a young student at MUBAS who is courageously battling aplastic anemia.

Hearing his story shook me.

Fortune’s health has declined to the point where he now requires weekly blood transfusions just to survive.

The only hope for his recovery is a bone marrow transplant, but the cost—MK30 million—is overwhelming for him and his family.

I couldn’t sit back and do nothing.

Fortune’s determination and faith in the face of adversity have inspired me.

That’s why, as a team, we’ve organized a Fundraising Aerobics Event to support Fortune’s life-saving treatment. Together, we can give him a fighting chance.

The grand mile stone of the year has been arrived at.

To believe means to complete the task in the mind. To believe means to accomplish a mission in the mind. To believe means to win a fight in the mind, and then what?

When the mission, when the task, when fight comes in real life, it's easy to come out victorious.

They say, you cannot win a battle in real life when you are losing in the mind. It's truth. Everything vibrant out come start from inside, outside is just a supporting force.

We have seen BFAM fighting a good fight. We have seen our leaders chocked and bouncing out of the mazes.

And mostly importantly, athletes and sponsors who made all things alive, you are our heroes!!!

Taking a look at what puts some down, looking at majester and his records in bodybuilding can be very uplifting.

He's a motor vehicle mechanic who plays with self made metal/weights to build up his body, keep his health intact and winning international competitions ...

We would love to encourage you all, it's not the type of gym or electrical metal that you go to which makes a difference.

Bodybuilding focuses on special sets for special muscles and body parts. The more you keep your routine in discipline, the more results will show out.

This Cameronean bodybuilder does all he does with man made weights. This is so interesting.

However, we are not discouraging subscriptions at Advanced and professional gym centers.

We are encouraging one another to use resources at your disposal. Nothing must be fit enough to be a reason for which your dreams to become a bodybuilder fails to be realized.

It all begins with an idea that fires up your willingness to achieve. We are all predestined to greatness. You have the power to build greatness from simplicity.
