Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Brief Preaching:
This verse is a reminder that your strength does not come from yourself alone. Life will bring challenges, moments of doubt, and seasons where you feel weak—but you are not meant to rely only on your own power. When you lean on Christ, you receive strength beyond human limits.
It doesn’t mean every situation will be easy or go exactly how you want, but it means you will have the courage, endurance, and faith to overcome. Trust in that strength, especially when you feel like giving up—because often, that’s when His power shows up the most.

“Remember Lot’s Wife” (Luke 17:32)
A Solemn Reminder to Never Look Back

When Jesus said, “Remember Lot’s wife,” it was only three words — yet it carried a lifetime of warning.

Lot’s wife lived in S***m, a city filled with sin and corruption. God, in His mercy, sent angels to rescue her family before judgment fell. They were told, “Escape for your life; look not behind thee” (Genesis 19:17).

But as they fled, she looked back.
And in that one moment of hesitation, she revealed where her heart truly was — still attached to the world she was leaving behind.

She became a pillar of salt, a lasting monument of unbelief and disobedience.
Many today make the same mistake. God calls us out of the world’s sin, yet we look back — longing for what we left behind:
Old habits we secretly miss,
Friendships that pull us away from God,
Comfort zones that hinder our spiritual growth.

The Christian journey is a forward walk. You can’t move toward God’s promise while staring at your past bo***ge.

Paul said it best in Philippians 3:13–14:
“Forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark...”

👉 Don’t let your heart stay in the place God already called you out of.
👉 Don’t let your past destroy your future.
👉 Don’t look back — keep pressing forward in faith.

Lot’s wife looked back — and lost it all.
Learn from her story, not through experience, but through remembrance.

🔥 “Remember Lot’s Wife.”

This image shows the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ and how they each ended their earthly lives most of them as martyrs for the faith. It is a solemn reminder that the message of the Gospel was not carried by comfort, but by conviction and courage. Every apostle, except John, was killed for proclaiming the truth that Jesus Christ is Lord, risen from the dead, and the only Savior of mankind.

1. Peter — Crucified Upside Down

Peter felt unworthy to die the same way as his Lord, so he requested to be crucified upside down.

> John 21:18-19 (KJV): “...thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not. This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God.”
Peter glorified God even in death true humility and surrender.

2. Andrew — Crucified on an X-shaped Cross

Andrew preached boldly until his death on a cross shaped like an “X.”

> Matthew 4:19 (KJV): “And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
He followed Christ literally to the end, fishing souls even through pain.

3. John — Died Naturally

John was the only apostle who died a natural death, though persecuted and exiled in Patmos where he wrote Revelation.

> Revelation 1:9 (KJV): “I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation… was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God.”
Even in isolation, John remained faithful proof that faith endures even when alone.

4. James (the Greater) — Crucified

He was the first apostle martyred.

> Acts 12:2 (KJV): “And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.”
He was fearless, willing to lay down his life for the Savior he loved.

5. Philip — Crucified

Philip boldly preached Christ to hostile nations and was crucified for it.

> Philippians 1:21 (KJV): “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”
Philip’s death shows that gain is not in gold, but in going home to Christ.

6. Bartholomew — Skinned Alive

Also called Nathanael, he was brutally
