KOKOLILIKO FM INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY 2024
Kokoliliko FM is pleased to offer a radio Internship program to individuals interested in pursuing a career in the media industry. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals, gaining practical skills in various departments, and contributing to the dynamic world of radio broadcasting.
1 PRESENTERS / REPORTERS
- Assist in researching, preparing, and organizing content for on-air programs and digital platforms.
- Contribute to the production of radio shows, including scriptwriting, audio editing, and live broadcasting.
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for radio programs and promotions.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including content creation and community engagement.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing station events, concerts, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze audience feedback and engagement, providing insights to improve programming and content delivery.
- Adhere to station guidelines, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
- Embrace opportunities to learn and contribute in various departments across Kokoliliko FM.
QUALIFICATIONS
Any qualification related to media, communications, journalism, or broadcasting field.
- Passionate about the media industry, with a strong interest in radio broadcasting and digital media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for storytelling.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including audio editing software, social media, and content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic team, collaborating with diverse professionals.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
A portfolio or examples showcasing previous media-related work (if available) is a plus.
