Dear all,

* Some of you might have tried several relationships and none has worked.
* Some of you might have been praying and seeking partners to marry.
* Some of you could be coming out of broken relationships and you're hurting.
* Some of you might be bitter because of what you went through and need healing.
* Some of you might have told yourself, "It’s over, I will never find a partner suitable for me."
* Some of you, because of disappointments after disappointments, think all men or women are just the same.

My encouragement for you all is that, please join the Hallelujah Challenge, which just started this week. Instead of wallowing in negative thoughts, bitterness, and grudges, choose to dance for God, praise, and worship Him.

True praise and worship bring answers. You will even feel light in the spirit when you dance, praise, and worship Him. Walls will be broken. I can assure you, some of you will testify. Try this Godly Challenge.

LIFTED HANDS
(Lifting Holy Hands To The Lord Is A Strategy Of The Spirit)

TO THE BIBLE - Exodus 17:11
β€œAnd so it was, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.”

LET’S TALK
Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing some spiritual truthsβ€”mysteries from God’s Word that may not be obvious at first, but when you practise them, you’ll see amazing results in your life. These aren’t just ideas; they’re divine strategies revealed in Scripture.

One example is found in Exodus 17:8–16. The Israelites were attacked by the Amalekites at Rephidim. Moses instructed Joshua to gather the army and lead the fight while he went up a hill, holding the staff of God.

Here’s where it gets amazing: The Bible says, β€œAs long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning” (Exodus 17:11 NIV). Aaron and Hur noticed that there was a connection between the lifting of Moses’ hands and the victory in the battle. So, when Moses got tired, Aaron and Hur gave him a stone to sit on and stood beside him, each holding up one of his hands. Because of that support, his hands stayed raised until sunset and the Israelites won.

Then God told Moses, β€œWrite this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven” (Exodus 17:14). God wanted Joshua to understand something: the battle wasn’t won just by strategy or strengthβ€”it was won in the spirit. The secret was in the lifting of Moses’ hands.

This is a powerful mystery. The Bible connects lifted hands with prayer, worship, and victory. The psalmist wrote, β€œLet my prayer be set before You as incense, the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice” (Psalm 141:2). Paul also said, β€œI want men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands…” (1 Timothy 2:8).

Practise this and you’ll see greater successes and profound victories in your life, in your finances, health, ministry and everything that concerns you. Even now, lift your hands to the Lord; it’s a strategy of the Spirit for your continual victory and life of ever-increasing glory. Hallelujah!

TO DEEPER
Lamentations 3:41 Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.

Psalm 63:4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

Psalm 141:2 NIV May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.

PRAY
Dear Father, I lift up my hands in faith to you who always leads me in perpetual victory parade in Christ. My raised hands are as the evening sacrifice. I’m victorious and triumphant over the adversary; no opposition can prevail against me, and every challenge crumbles before me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

JUSTIFIED IN CHRIST

Romans 3:24
Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus

When you were born again, something amazing happened; God made you right with Him!

Now, when God looks at you, He sees someone who’s holy, righteous, and full of His love. This is called being β€œjustified”—it means God has declared you righteous. And here’s the amazing part: you didn’t have to earn itβ€”Jesus did it all for you! He died on the cross and rose again just so you could live and enjoy this new life in Him. So, each day, walk boldly and joyfully, and keep declaring that: β€œI’m justified in Christ! I’m full of God’s love and grace!”

Let this truth guide how you think, speak, and live. You’re blessed, loved, and made right forever!

SCRIPTURE READING
Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

LET'S PRAY
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for the Lord Jesus! He died and resurrected so I could be brand new inside. You made me clean, right, and full of love. I’m happy to be yours, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*SEE BY THE SPIRIT*

_*...Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter (Revelation 4:1).*_

In life, what you see determines how you live. So it’s important that you see spiritually; you see by the Spirit. Seeing by the Spirit is seeing through the Word, seeing with the eyes of faith. Many are ruled by fear and anxiety because they’re seeing from the valley; they look at things from the human or earthly perspective.

But when you see by the Word through the Spirit, you realize that you’re neither the sick trying to get healed nor the poor trying to be rich. You’re not the defeated trying to become victorious. Rather, you see that you’re the glory of God, a victor in Christ Jesus, the perfection of divine excellence. Hallelujah!

The Word of God gives you spiritual elevation. It lifts your perspective and vision above the mundane and lets you see from God’s vantage point. This is what John experienced: he heard a voice saying, *β€œCome up hither,”* and when he did, he was transported in the spirit to see divine realities.

God has called us to function by revelation. We walk by faith, not by sight. And faith is living by the Word, acting on the basis of God’s Word and not on impulses or sensory perceptions. That’s how you live above limitations. That’s how you stay ahead of the world. That’s how you dominate circumstances and triumph over the adversary and adversities.

You may have been diagnosed with some terrible ailments without hope for a cure; see yourself through the Word and you’d discover that the sickness or disease is a mirage. You’re whole, perfect, and sound in Christ. You’re the perfection of divine beauty. This is the truth.

In John 8:32, the Lord said, *β€œAnd ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.”* In Christ Jesus, you’re in the vantage position of health, prosperity and victory. This is why you have to develop yourself in the Word. Consciously increase your knowledge of the Word. The Bible says, *β€œ...grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ...”* (2 Peter 3:18).

*PRAYER / CONFESSION*

I’m constantly metamorphosed and positioned by the Word for the higher life of glory and triumphs, filled with strength, courage, faith and wisdom to do the will of the Father and fulfil my destiny in Christ. I walk in divine health, excellence and dominion as I yield myself to be inspired, taught, educated and trained by the Word. Glory to God!

*PRAY EFFECTIVELY BY PRAYING IN THE SPIRIT*

_*For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also (1 Corinthians 14:14-15).*_

Praying in the spirit is the primary way for Christians to pray and pray effectively. God wants you to have a productive life. Therefore, it’s important to know how to pray in an effective way because prayer is our communication with God. And from our opening scripture, a most effective way to engage and talk with the Lord and have real results is praying with the spirit.

The Apostle Paul in our opening scripture distinguishes between praying with the spirit or in the spirit and praying with the understanding. Praying with the spirit is when you pray in other tongues; tongues of the spirit. Praying in your understanding is praying through your mind, using a language that you understand. However, praying in the spirit takes pre-eminence over praying with the understanding.

Ephesians 6:18 says, *β€œPraying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”* This is as insightful as it is instructive: You’re to pray always in the Spirit. It’s one of the sure ways to pray effectively. James 5:16 AMPC, says, *β€œβ€¦The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].”*

A righteous man is one who’s born again, whose righteousness is the righteousness of Jesus Christ and that’s you. Therefore, when you pray, tremendous power is made available to produce amazing results. But many don’t experience this; their prayers aren’t effective because they don’t pray in tongues.

Make no mistakes about it; when you pray in tongues it generates a lot of fire-power that subdues the works and forces of evil amongst other transcendent benefits. The results will be evident in your home, in your place of work, in your city, in your country and around the world. Hallelujah!

*PRAYER / CONFESSION*

Dear Father, thank you for the blessing of praying in the spirit. As I pray in other tongues, the forces of evil are subdued, and your will is accomplished in the earth and in the lives of people everywhere. My life is continually aligned with your perfect will, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

*PARTNERS IN DIVINE PURPOSE*

*Monday, October 6th*

*Pastor Chris*

_*For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building (1 Corinthians 3:9).*_

One of the factors of spiritual maturity and walking in the wisdom of God is your alignment with His purpose in everything, including soul winning. You recognize that you’re His partner or co-labourer in His agenda in the earth. You were brought into Christ not just to escape condemnation but to fulfil divine destiny, to partner with the Lord in bringing others into the Kingdom.

Wake up to your calling as a minister of the Gospel and steward of the mysteries of Christ: _*β€œNot that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament…”*_ (2 Corinthians 3:5-6). 1 Corinthians 4:1-2 says, _*β€œLet a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”*_ Be fruitful and productive in the ministry of reconciliation.

He already said in Mark 16:15, _*β€œβ€¦Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”*_ So, there’s no need to ask, β€œLord, what would you have me do?” The mandate is clear. 2 Corinthians 5:18 says, _*β€œAnd all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.”*_

Function with Kingdom priorities. Win souls every day and commit your resources to the advancement of the Kingdom. Intercede passionately for those who haven’t yet known the Lord. Take up the Lord’s passion; the Bible says He’s patient towards all for their salvation, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

2 Corinthians 5:14-15 says, _*β€œFor the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.”*_ Living unto Him means living for His divine purpose. It means a heart that beats with His desire, hands that serve His plan, and feet that walk in His paths.

*PRAYER*

▢️ *THE WORD TRAINS US IN RIGHTEOUSNESS*

*All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16).*

An effective Christian life isn’t something you stumble into; it’s the result of spiritual training; training in righteousness through the Word. The Word conditions your life for victory every day. That’s why the Scriptures are given to us; they're not just to inform us but to form your personality, condition your thoughts, build your life and train your spirit to discern God’s way of doing things.

When you immerse yourself in the Word, it causes you to reason like God, judge like God, and respond like God. You’re no longer swayed by emotions or circumstances because your decisions are shaped by divine truth. That’s because God’s Word is His thoughts, opinions, character, personality, will and emotions revealed to us.

Consider the Lord Jesus; He didn’t respond to situations from the senses or based on pressure or sentiments. His words and actions were expressions of His divinity. He spoke and manifested truth. He had no sense of need or lack. He had no sense of limitation. He thought like God. He talked like God, and He acted like God. He was the manifestation of the Word of God, being the Word made flesh.

Guess what? As He is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17). You were born again by the Word (1 Peter 1:23, James 1:18) and must grow and be trained by the Word because you have the life of the Word. Never be casual with the Word. Every time you study it, it’s an opportunity to be transformed, receive impartation and be established in righteousness.

God’s Word is what you need for your spiritual growth and development and for a balanced life of continual victory and success. Acts 20:32 says, β€œAnd now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.” The Word is able to build you up because that’s where you came from; you’re born of the incorruptible seed of the Word. The Word is your instruction manual for life and your guide in fulfilling God’s divine purpose.

*CONFESSION* πŸ—£οΈ

I’m trained by the Word, instructed in righteousness and furnished unto every good work. I function with divine insight and precision. My life is a reflection of God’s wisdom and excellence, and through me, others are aligned to His perfect will. The Word of God is working in me, producing in and through me the result of its message, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.πŸ™Œ

04/10/2025

*RHAPSODY OF REALITIES, DAILY DEVOTIONAL,*

*SATURDAY, 4TH OCTOBER 2025.*

*NO FOUNDATION WITHOUT THE WORD*

*PS. Chris πŸ‘€*

▢️ *Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock (Luke 6:47-48).*

Some Christians ignore the Word when they’re experiencing challenging situations. For example, if they have a difficulty and you try to get their minds or point their attention to the Word, they’d say, β€œI know that’s what the Word says, but….” They’re indirectly telling you to set the Word aside; they want another solution.

By doing this, they're rejecting and resisting help from God. The Holy Spirit won’t do anything without the Word. Everything that happens without the Word of God has no foundation; it'll fail. Remember what the Lord Jesus said in our opening scripture above. He gave a parable about the man who built his house on sand and the one who built his house on the rock. When the crisis of life came, the house built on sand fell, but the one built on the rock remained unshakable.

Then He explained that the one who built his house on the rock is the one who built on the Word, who made the Word His foundation. When you build your life on the Word, it blossoms; you’re impregnable to the crises of life. You’re always victorious and in dominion, come what may. But without the Word, whatever you have is empty.

Even in ministry, don’t build your ministry on some gifts or manifestations of the Spirit; build on the Word. Let the Word be the focus, the stay, and the anchor. Preach the Word. Believe the Word. Teach the Word and live the Word. Let your life and your message be founded on Truth, the Word is truth (John 17:17).

Moreover, when we say build on the Word, we’re not just referring to an isolated verse of scripture but to the β€œlogos” (Greek) of God, the whole body of truth, the revelation of Jesus Christ in the Scriptures through the Gospel. We’re referring to that which is consistent with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who He is and what He came to do, His mission. Make that the foundation of your life.

*CONFESSION* πŸ—£οΈ

Dear Father, I live in and by your Word. Therefore, I’m unshakable, steadfast, and always victorious because my life is established on your truth; it’s my foundation and anchor and has pre-eminence in all I do, in Jesus’ Name. Amen. πŸ™Œ

GIVE FROM YOUR HEART

…Let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of [necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7

The story of Abraham in Genesis 22 helps us better understand Paul’s words in our opening scripture. After years of waiting to have a child, Abraham and Sarah eventually gave birth to Isaac in their old age. But one day, God asked Abraham to offer his only son, Isaac, as a sacrifice (Genesis 22:2). I’m aware that there are religious books and certain movies that highlight Abraham’s disappointment upon receiving that instruction. To them, he gave Isaac reluctantly, grudgingly, sorrowfully, and regretfully. No, he wasn’t sorrowful; he did it by faith.

Remember the Bible calls Abraham the father of faith? He was a man of faith who demonstrated his faith that God could raise Isaac from the dead, and symbolically, that’s exactly what happened: β€œBy faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had received the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son…Abraham reasoned that God could raise the dead, and figuratively speaking, he did receive Isaac back from death” (Hebrews 11:17-19 NIV).

Abraham trusted completely in the Lord and offered Isaac cheerfully. No wonder, in the Lord’s impending judgement against S***m, He deliberated, β€œβ€¦Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing?” (Genesis 18:17). God wouldn’t leave Abraham out of His plans; He wouldn’t do without him. That’s exactly what the Word says in 2 Corinthians 9:7 AMPC: β€œ...God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, β€œprompt to do it”) giver [whose heart is in his giving].”

We’re Abraham’s seed. Like Him, we give in faith; we’re cheerful, joyous, β€œprompt to do it” givers. We give from the heart, and nothing is ever too much for us to put into the spread of the Gospel. The result is a life of ever-increasing greatness, relevance, and impact in the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah!

DECLARATIONS
I give cheerfully for the propagation of the Gospel, and as a result, the Lord multiplies the fruits of my righteousness, even as He has made all grace available to me to have all sufficiency in all things. Amen.
