🌍 Ndale M'manja Chatbot – Youth Testing Session

We had a wonderful session where ten young people visited our office to test our digital tool — Ndale M'manja Chatbot. Before launching it nationwide, we wanted youth to try it out and share their feedback for further improvement.

We believe this tool does not belong to our organization alone, but to the youth themselves — and together, we shall build it. Their feedback will help us make the chatbot even better.

Ndale M'manja WhatsApp Chatbot is a digital innovation designed to empower young Malawians with political education. Since our capacity to conduct in-person training is limited, especially for youth aspiring to join politics, we found it wise to use a WhatsApp-based chatbot to reach more young people.

With about 32% of Malawians active on social media, including WhatsApp, this approach allows us to meet young people where they already are.

This initiative is being implemented in collaboration and support of the Digital Democracy Initiative, Digital Action Lab, CIVICUS, and the Malawian National Youth in Politics.
