Academic life is a long journey that students have. In this journey many things happen to students that leads them into failure.

Here are five keys that a student should consider to succeed.
1. God first
2. Vision
3. Materials
4. Implementation
5. Review and improve

Today in PART ONE I take you into details of three keys.

GOD FIRST
First step many students ignore, they try to do everything on they own ability. But they forget the beginning (foundation) of wisdom is the fear of the Lord. This means God is our source of wisdom that we will use in adademic life.

Besides being foundation of our wisdom, God will protect us from evil plan of enemy (Ephesians 6:12), there are certain challenges you meet as student that can not be solved by human ability. You may ask why? Here is answer for you the battle is spiritual not physical. But there is a good news we have victory through Jesus Christ. Make a commitment to put GOD FIRST.

2. VISION
After putting GOD FIRST, took time to create VISION since where there is VISION people perish/destroyed. If you lack VISION your energy you will invest somebody to achieve yours.

I know many of you have a VISION, but can I ask a question, IS YOUR VISION CLEAR? I am not talking about that VISION that you say I want to UNIVERSITY, Yes it's a VISION but not clear. MAKE A CLEAR VISION.

3. MATERIALS
VISION is just a picture that you want to became, Having vision in mind it's not enough that why you need to start searching for resources like teachers, books, past papers, fellow students, pamphlets and Use them wisely don't ignore one of them because they are essential to your success. NOW HERE IS A QUESTION, DO YOU HAVE RESOURCES FOR YOUR VISION, If not it's time to start searching, it's never too late for you.

GOD FIRST
Many students ignore this fact by trying to do all things on their without God intervention. But the Bible says "Beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord (Proverbs 9:10). This means for one to be successful in his academic life he/she will require God to guide and let them.

IN addition there is battle that is unseen (Ephesians 6:12). Whether you like or not the battle is there and if you don't enter in spiritual warfare you have already lost the battle.

Some students did not do well, not because they didn't workhard, they did but there unseen battle.

Put God first and you will see the success.
