Commotion at Viyere CCAP Church at Luwinga in Mzuzu as members of the congregation deturned a lorry which Synod of Livingstonia sent to transfer Rev Limbani Moyo after three months of his stay.

Facts gatherd reveal that there was no protocol followed as the congregation was not informed about the development.

According to the chairperson for the youth at the church Semion Munthali Kamsinjiro said the congregation is not stubborn rather protocol must be priority.

"Of course we held that our new pastor is on transfer just after his three months stay, then as church we sat down through executive requesting the Synod not transfer him and we were told that they will respond to us but to our surprise they have not responded us and we just noted that they are sending a lorry to transfer him" He said.

Concerned members present concurred with the chairperson while singing a song titled "Mwapalanya mberere"

Reverend Limbani Moyo, Session Clerk and others elders of the church denied to put there words on this as the General secretary from synod is yet to comment on the matter.
