Important Note: These video's were recorded in SD. If a high definition cinematic experience is important to you, then consider these sets are not going to satisfy that. However, the clarity is more than sufficient for learning the sets and being able to practice them properly. There are three different angles and three different levels of yoga practitioners. The beginning and intermediate practitioners both got pregnant within a couple of months after we finished recording so you don't need to be advanced to benefit from the sets.
