Fentanyl je syntetická droga, jejíž užívání i prodej přesahuje hranice Mexika. S nástupem Zapatovi vlády a jejího přísného oka k potírání zločinu a obchodování s drogami, se kartely všemožně snaží přizpůsobit se současné situaci, a hledají nové způsoby pro obchodování s omamnými látkami.

Odhalení chemické laboratoře ztěžuje fakt, že je mobilní a výroba tak může probíhat prakticky kdekoliv, kromě hlavního města Ciudad Juárez, kde má Zapata situaci pod kontrolou.
Díky propracované síti na černém trhu, se Fentanyl šíří i do USA. Chemické sloučeniny v této droze jsou vysoce návykové a především velmi nebezpečné. Droga má velmi rychlý nástup, ale zároveň velmi brzy odezní. Proto je poptávka po ní na vzestupu. Pro americkou DEA je nyní jednou z priorit rozklíčovat organizovanou síť prodejů Fentanylu na černém trhu, zamezit pašování Fentanylu do USA, a nabourat zdrojovou infrastrukturu výroby.

We managed to find out that in addition to the co***ne brewery, there is also a chemical laboratory specializing in the production of Fentanyl on the territory of Mexico, and individual Mexican cartels are trying to dominate sales and distribution.
The fact that the chemical laboratory is mobile makes it difficult to detect, and production can take place practically anywhere, except for the capital Ciudad Juárez, where Zapata has the situation under control.
Thanks to an elaborate network on the black market, Fentanyl is spreading to the USA. The chemical compounds in this drug are highly addictive and, above all, very dangerous. The drug has a very fast onset, but also wears off very quickly. That is why the demand for it is on the rise. For the US DEA, one of the priorities is now to unravel the organized network of Fentanyl sales on the black market, prevent the smuggling of Fentanyl into the USA, and break up the source infrastructure of production.
