Apple Slab Pie
Ingredients:
1. 6 cups of peeled and sliced apples
2. 1 cup of granulated sugar
3. 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
4. 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
5. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
6. 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
7. 1 tablespoon of butter
8. 1 egg white
9. 1 tablespoon of water
