The Furious ( mostly non-spoiler review)- A kung fu bad ass takes on child traffickers after his daughter is taken.
Seriously, how many of these I-have-to-save-my-daughter movies have there been now? Maybe if these folks would spend a little less time developing their combat skills and a little more time watching after their kids, they wouldn’t be in these predicaments!
Bad parenting aside, it’s a brutal martial arts film with bone crunching, bloody, intricately choreographed scenes ( the finale is a 5 man 3 way battle Royale).
The film confirms 2 suspicions. 1) Don’t trust anyone in an Adidas track suit and 2) UFC would be more interesting if they had ball peen hammers.
