This is where it all began
Not with the money
Not with the business
With sweat
Discipline
And calling myself out on my own bu****it.
Before I ever built an online business…
Before I ever made a dollar doing something I loved…
The gym is what gave me the belief I could do anything.
It’s where I learned that when you push past the point your mind says “stop,” You don’t just get stronger…
You get louder than the voice that says you can’t.
It wasn’t about fitness.
It was about dominating the voices in my head
And stepping into a place where I feel unstoppable in all areas of life.
But then I had kids.
And slowly, that fire faded.
I moved to at-home workouts.
Then came the “maybe tomorrow.”
Then the “I’ve got too much going on.”
Then one day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize who I was becoming.
The very place that used to light me up
Turned into just another task.
I wasn’t pushing.
I wasn’t leveling up.
I was going through the motions.
But over the past few weeks… something flipped.
That edge came back.
That locked in, zero excuse, relentless version of me woke up.
Every time I walk into the gym now, I’m not just working out.
I’m reminding myself what I’m capable of.
What I’m here for.
And who I really am.
This was never about sets and reps, it was about remembering my power.
And if you’re reading this and you feel like you’ve lost yours
Or maybe you’ve never fully felt what it’s like to push past your mind’s limits
Know this
That version of you is not gone.
Even if life has distracted you.
Even if you’ve been in a season where you forgot how incredible that feeling is
Your fire is still there.
Buried under routines, responsibilities, and stories that no longer serve you.
❌ You don’t find your power by staying comfortable.
✔️ You find it the moment you do something your mind tells you not to
The moment you choose presence over autopilot.
Discomfort over avoidance
Growth over excuses
Because once you remember what it feels like to be fully in your power, you’ll be unstoppable
