STATE SECURITY CITIZEN FORCE RESCUES MAN DEPRIVED OF FREEDOM AND ARRESTS CAPTORS IN MEXICALI

In a shocking incident that occurred in Mexicali, the State Security Citizen Force (FESC) successfully rescued a man who had been deprived of his freedom and arrested his captors. The rescue operation was initiated following a 911 emergency call, in which the caller reported that two individuals were struggling with a person who was tied up and had a bloodied face. The victim had been taken out of a grey Dodge Attitude and was being forced into the back of a grey Nissan Versa with Baja California license plates.

Immediately, the FESC implemented a search operation in the vicinity of the Hacienda de Los Portales subdivision and identified the characteristics of the two vehicles, which were still parked on Heroico Colegio Militar Avenue. Upon realizing the presence of the police, one of the captors tried to escape with the victim, starting the engine and accelerating at full speed in one of the cars. However, the perpetrator was intercepted by the FESC officers a few meters away. The other involved subject fled on foot, trying to hide in a property next to the scene, but was also secured by the State Force officers.

Clemente, 48, and Jesus Alberto, 41, both from Culiacan, Sinaloa, were identified by the victim and arrested by the officers assigned to the Baja California City Security Secretariat (SSCBC). The two individuals were read their rights and had handcuffs put on them before being handed over to the competent authority to determine their legal responsibility in this incident.

The citizen's report was crucial in providing a quick response to this case, and the SSCBC continues to responsibly and promptly attend to reports made by citizens through the 911 and 089 telephone numbers. The commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the citizens of Baja California is unwavering, and the FESC will continue to carry out daily surveillance patrols to achieve peace on the streets of Baja California. Security is for all.

(VIEWER DISCRETION: GRAPHIC IMAGES)

This morning, five men and one woman were found dead in a white van outside a pharmacy in Plaza Conquistador, in front of the Grand Hotel where the owner of the Ankara bar was murdered three weeks ago. The victims had bruises all over their bodies and marks indicating that their attackers had taped their faces with adhesive tape. Their identities are currently unknown.

The van in which they were found had been reported stolen in Tijuana. At this time, it has been ruled out that any of the bodies belonged to any security force in the region.

Victoriano Porcayo, delegate of the FGR in Baja California, arrived at the scene to offer assistance to the state authorities in order to clarify this multiple homicide. These six murders bring the total number of murders in the city of Tijuana to almost 2000 for the year.
