There’s so much rejection in the human soul. If something bad happens, you reject it for some reason. And that is not the answer for me.

The answer has been going to the thing. You go towards it, and sword fight it in a way. And you will be victorious if you do that...you have to be compassionate to the thing, and also to yourself.
