In 2016, a network that shall remain nameless commissioned this proof of concept segment for a show that, in the end, wasn't greenlit. We always thought it was a shame no one got to see this, so we decided to re-edit it a little bit to remove network branding and share it with all of you.

K-Town is arguably LA’s trendiest neighborhood, bringing together 2 cultures that are geographically far from each other: Korean and Hispanic Culture.

Only in LA you can find bibimbap that tastes as good as in Seoul, but cooked by Mexicans or one of the best Mexican restaurants in the country in an Korean-style building. Only in LA you can organically see how these two cultures intertwine.

Over Korean BBQ, they discuss the pictorial evolution of the movement and its political and historical context.
