The last post-film discussion for the 8th Flatirons Food Film Festival (for Setting the Bar: A Craft Chocolate Origin Story) consisted of five speakers who are craft chocolate experts: Greg D'alessandre of Dandelion Chocolate, Nate Hodge of Raaka Chocolate, Steve Bergin of Cacao Conservation, film director Tim Shepherd, and food journalist John Lehndorff, who is the guide for a monthly class for the Chocolate Club of Boulder Book Store. The takeaway: Eat more chocolate! You can buy tickets and watch Setting the Bar until 11:59pm tonight (Sat., Feb. 6). All other Festival films became unavailable at 11:59pm last night unless you access them before then.
