Mom and Dad era ❤️ This has been the best month of our lives. We knew we'd enjoy being parents, but didn't know we'd love it THIS much 😍

Jordan Joy is already living up to her name of being SUCH a joy. We're so proud of every little thing she does 😂

And Hud is the BEST daddy to her. He's made this month really special - I'm so grateful for who he is and how intentionally he loves me and Jordan.

Thank you all so much for your encouragement and excitement for this season of our life - it means so much to us!! 🎉

After visiting 197 countries, we're breaking down our top picks by region. One of the most common questions we’re asked is “Which country is your favorite?” and because that question is too difficult to answer, we figured we'd break it down by region to to share the top 3 countries you need to visit! So this is our answer for the Middle East.

Top 3 Countries in the Middle East You Should Visit First:

#3: United Arab Emirates - Love it or hate it, you have to see it. Visit Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Cities unlike anywhere else. Taste regag, machboos, thareed, khuzi and lugaymat.

#2: Israel - Visit Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Sea of Galilee, and Masada. Taste falafel, hummus, bourekas, and shawarma.

#1: Jordan - Visit a wonder of the world at Petra, Wadi Rum, Jerash, Amman, and the Dead Sea. Taste mansaf, makmoura, Falafel, labneh and hummus.

Just to clarify, there are many more countries we love and recommend - these are the ones we think you should visit first!

It's impossible to narrow all of the Middle East down to 3 countries. Honorable mentions go to Lebanon Iran, Iraq, Oman, and Türkiye (although it is also added in our Europe list).

This one made me tear up a little bit looking back through all our memories these past years of travel together. 🥲

13 years ago we got married and started traveling by taking weekend road trips sleeping in our van.

And now, I can't believe we are 1 country away from visiting every country in the world together. ❤️

Never thought a field trip to a sewage plant would be the place I'd meet my future husband 😂

lol yes that's really where we met - the most romantic of all places and really got our friendship off to a solid start if you know what I mean 😂😂

Can't believe how fast time has flown since then (we started dating in 2007, just including a few of our younger pics too!) and I can't wait to see what the future holds. This trend made me smile looking back at our photos!

I love you Hud and I'm so grateful for who you are!

❓One of the most common questions we are asked is "what are the best budget destinations I should visit?" So this series lists 25 of our favorite "less expensive" countries that we think are worth traveling to for the cost!

25. Guatemala: Incredible volcano hikes, ancient Mayan ruins, and colorful colonial towns. All for a fraction of the cost of other destinations. Street food and buses are ultra cheap, making it ideal for budget travelers.

24. Portugal: European charm without the high price tag. Cliffside beaches, historic cities, and delicious wine at bargain prices. Public transport and affordable guesthouses keep costs low.

23. South Africa: Safaris, world-class wine country, mountains, penguins, and stunning coastlines without breaking the bank! South Africa is so beautiful and depending on the exchange rate is usually an amazing budget-friendly option!

💫The list is based on 3 main things: 1. Our experience. 2. Our research of the country. 3. Other traveler's suggestions. Honestly Em and I both made this list several times and each time came to different conclusions each time. 😜

Top 3 Countries in South America You Should Visit First:

#3: Brazil - Visit Lençóis National Park, Fernando de Noronha beach, the Amazon Rainforest, and Rio. Eat world class grilled meats and tropical fruits.

#2: Argentina. Visit Patagonia, Iguazu Falls, vineyards of Mendoza and Buenos Aires. Eat world class beef and wine. Try drinking mate.

#1: Peru Visit Cusco, Macchu Picchu, Amazon rainforest in Puerto Maldonado or Iquitos, beaches of Máncora or Punta Sal. Eat ceviche or if adventurous try cuy.

Just to clarify, there are many more countries we love and recommend - these are the ones we think you should visit first!

Follow for the best places to add to your bucket list! After visiting every country, these are the countries at the top of our "most beautiful" list.

Ask any avid traveler about the most beautiful countries they've been to, and chances are, some of these will be near the top of their list. I thought they'd be overrated, but they truly are THAT beautiful. This list is based on our experiences, research, and suggestions from other travelers - but there are so many additional countries that could be on this list!

#7: The Maldives – The prettiest beaches we've seen, with white sand and crystal-clear water. While luxury resorts can be pricey, staying on local islands is a more affordable way to experience the country.

#6: New Zealand – Rolling valleys, cascading waterfalls, and snow-capped mountains make New Zealand feel like a slice of paradise. It’s also one of the easiest countries to road trip through!

#5: Iceland – It might be cliché, but Iceland's blue lagoons, volcanoes, glaciers, and northern lights, all within an area smaller than Colorado, are stunning.

#4: Indonesia – With over 17,500 islands, Indonesia boasts incredible diversity. From Bali to Komodo, Mount Bromo, and the orangutans of Borneo, there’s so much to explore!

#3: USA – Our own country might be a bit biased, but the natural beauty here is unmatched, from Nā Pali Coast to Yellowstone. We spent two years traveling the USA in an RV and were continually blown away by its beauty!

#2: Switzerland – Switzerland is one of the most consistently beautiful countries, with breathtaking lakes, mountains, and picturesque cities. Hiking, paragliding, and scenic trains make it a dream destination!

#1: Argentina – Argentina stole our #1 spot due to its diverse beauty, from Iguazu Falls to glaciers, mountains, and vineyards. It’s affordable, has amazing food, and is the gateway to Antarctica.
