Watching the weather forecasts from down in Puerto Vallarta has me truly worried for you guys. I am hoping that this system breaks up and completely misses you.

Please, please take this seriously and be extra careful. Make sure your phones are charged with alerts turned on loud, and talk through your emergency plan tonight. Know exactly where you’ll go to stay safe if things get bad, and please don't forget to have a plan for your pets, too.

Shannon, Stevie, and I are keeping you all so close to our hearts right now. Please check in and let us know you're safe once the storms pass. Love you all! ❤️

🥹 The legendary Floyd Norman is receiving an Honorary Oscar, and nobody deserves this massive lifetime achievement honor more.

Floyd is an absolute trailblazer. He walked into Walt Disney Animation Studios back in 1956 as their first Black animator, and his brilliance literally helped shape our childhoods. Just look at this insane lineup of movies he worked on:

* Sleeping Beauty & 101 Dalmatians
* Mary Poppins & The Jungle Book
* The Hunchback of Notre Dame & Mulan
* Toy Story 2 & Monsters, Inc.

We had the honor of meeting Floyd in California back in 2023. He was a total joy to talk to and shared a priceless story with Abbey.

When Walt Disney personally hired him for the story department, Floyd nervously told him, "I can't draw."

Walt just looked at him and said, "You can do it."

Safe to say Walt was right! Not only could he do it, but he changed the animation game! 🎨✨ Walt Disney Animation Studios
