I wasn’t expecting one of my favorite tacos to come from a Japanese restaurant.

The chef brought out a bacon-wrapped chile stuffed with shrimp, topped with avocado and cheese. It was unlike anything I’ve had before, and I’ll definitely be back for another.

If you’re in the area, put Kotori Wok on your bucket list for their Japanese food with a Mexican twist.

No esperaba que uno de mis tacos favoritos saliera de un restaurante japonés.

El chef me preparó un chile relleno de camarón, envuelto en tocino y con aguacate y queso. Nunca había probado algo así y sin duda voy a regresar por otro.

Si andas por la zona, pon a Kotori Wok en tu lista de lugares por visitar. Su comida japonesa con un toque mexicano vale mucho la pena.
