Nasi Ayam Kari Keju
Bahan-bahan (untuk 5 hidangan)

Nasi & Kari
3 cawan nasi Sumo (dimasak)
200g bawang besar, dihiris nipis
150g kentang, dipotong dadu
100g lobak merah, dipotong dadu
720ml air
1 sudu besar minyak sayuran
92g Golden Curry Mix

Untuk Ayam
650g dada ayam (130g X 5 keping)
Garam dan lada sulah
30g tepung
2 biji telur, dipukul
50g serbuk roti panko
Minyak sayuran untuk menggoreng

Untuk Sos Keju
100g keju mudah cair (*melting cheese*)
100ml susu
1 sudu besar mentega
2 sudu teh tepung

Tambahan
Sayur-sayuran salad pilihan anda

Arahan
Kari
1. Tumis bawang dalam minyak selama 5 minit.
2. Masukkan kentang, lobak merah dan air, didihkan, kemudian reneh selama 15 minit.
3. Tutup api, masukkan *curry mix*, kacau hingga larut, kemudian reneh lagi 5 minit hingga pekat.

Ayam Katsu
1. Perasakan ayam dengan garam dan lada, salut dengan tepung, kemudian celup ke dalam telur, dan akhir sekali salut dengan serbuk roti panko.
2. Goreng dalam minyak panas (170°C) selama 6–8 minit hingga keemasan.
3. Toskan atas tisu dapur.

Sos Keju
1. Cairkan mentega dalam kuali.
2. Masukkan tepung dan kacau atas api perlahan.
3. Tuang susu, kacau rata, kemudian masukkan keju dan kacau hingga cair sepenuhnya.

Penyediaan
Letakkan nasi dan salad dalam pinggan, tuangkan kari ke atas nasi. Letakkan ayam katsu di atas dan siram sos keju di atas ayam.

Katsu Curry with Cheese Sauce
Ingredients (for 5 servings)
3 cups Sumo rice (cooked)
200g thinly sliced onions
150g diced potatoes
100g diced carrots
720ml water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
92g Golden Curry Mix

For Chicken Katsu:
650g chicken breasts (130g X 5 pieces)
Salt and pepper
30g flour
2 beaten eggs
50g panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying

For Cheese Sauce:
100g melting cheese
100ml milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp flour

Extras:
Salad vegetables of your choice

Directions
Curry:
1.Sauté onions in oil for 5 mins.
2.Add potatoes, carrots and water, boil, then simmer for 15 mins .
3.Turn off heat, add curry mix, stir until melted, then simmer 5 mins until thick.

Chicken Katsu:
1.Season chicken, coat with flour, egg, then panko.
2.Fry in hot oil (170°C) for 6–8 mins until golden.
3.Drain on paper towels.

Cheese Sauce:
1.Melt butter in a pan.
2.Stir in flour over low heat.
3.Add milk, mix well, then add cheese until melted.
4.Plate rice and salad,pour curry over rice.
Top with chicken katsu and drizzle cheese sauce over chicken.
